8 Best Italian Restaurants in Bellevue

Cantinetta Bellevue

10038 Main St., Bellevue, WA 98004, United States // +14252336040

Cantinetta Bellevue is a fancy place in the heart of Bellevue, featuring outstanding homemade pasta and seasonally served Italian food. The food is based on organic ingredients from the Pacific Northwest.

We sat in a cool, relaxed ambiance and ate pappardelle with bolognese. For appetizers, we had pork belly with cranberry sauce. We also ordered a delicious Valpolicella Ripasso from Zenato to extend our pleasure.

This place is a cozy place, perfect for a date night or a relaxing lunch with your family and friends. I had a really great time with my friends, drinking cocktails and consuming a variety of tasty dishes.

The bread here is amazingly good and fits perfectly with the sides of broccolini and cauliflower, which were really great. Everything we had was amazing.

I really liked the Agnolotti pasta; it was perfectly made.

This Bellevue Italian restaurant is an awesome place to get authentic Italian food and wine. This place has romantic vibes, A place where you can take your date and have a romantic night. Andiamo Italian Ristorante

 938 110th Ave. NE #1, Bellevue, WA 98004, United States  // +14254529602

I have always appreciated the magic that food brings, but this appreciation became bigger when I started traveling and experiencing different cuisines in different countries.

When we walked into Andiamo Italian Ristorante in Bellevue, I was attracted by the smile of the servers, who were welcoming and attentive. Everywhere around us, people were drinking wine and eating visually tasty dishes that caught your eye at once.

The ambiance was very nice, and I grabbed the menu to start exploring the magnificent world of tasty dishes in Andiamo Italian Ristorante.

We started with the amazingly good espresso and cappuccino with cream. We were captured by the impeccable staff presentation of the food.

For appetizers, our choice was Calamari Siciliano, spicy sautéed calamari, white wine, Mediterranean olives, garlic, and capers.

We ordered Washington Salad and a Pera e Gorgonzola with a glass of white wine.

As a pasta lover, my choice was Spaghetti Calamari together with  Gamberi alla Diavola. I love tomato sauce with garlic and kalamata olives.

It was inevitable to order Bruschettas (Mushrooms or Tomato Basil) since bruschettas are my favorite. These were wonderfully flavored and amazingly tasty.

We will surely visit this place once again, and who knows, maybe we will meet there and have a glass of wine surrounded by great, attentive people.

Carmine’s

88 102nd Ave. NE, Bellevue, WA 98004, United States // +14257860160

When I entered this restaurant,  I felt I had entered an Italian business-oriented environment. Everything was lovely and decorated in a rustic style, with a calm shade of brown.

We booked a table previously, and we waited to explore the highly praised Italian food served here. This place has an interesting location, nestled against Bellevue Park.

I liked the ambiance this place has; it is elegant and sophisticated, making it a proper place for business meetings, special occasions, or simply dining with your friends, as we had our night.

When it comes to food, here you will have superb food, prepared very professionally, bringing the old tastes of Italy.

We ordered Spaghetti di Finocchio, and it was very well-flavored pasta with highlights on house-made fennel sausage in a fennel-vodka cream. Something unique and very tasty.

Our other choice was more and more pasta.  The great combination of tomato and goat cheese was specially imposed on Spaghetti Ortolano with pine nuts, arugula, and extra virgin olive oil.

The girl that served us recommended we have Rizotto Tiberio, and she was right. We really enjoyed the taste and the truffle oil.

Of course, the pizza menu stole our attention, and we decided to share one big Pizza Napolitana

Carmine's Pizza Napolitana

For desserts, we had the desirable Tiramisu and Ice Cream Gelato.

We left this place with a smile after experiencing excellent service and outstanding food featuring different Italian dishes.

We promised we would visit this wonderful Bellevue Italian restaurant again.

Angelo’s of Bellevue

1830 130th Ave. NE, Bellevue, WA 98005, United States // +14258832777

Angelo’s of Bellevue is not just a restaurant. It is a story that could be told many times; it is enjoyable and likable. This restaurant tells the story of Angelo Ricci, who opened this Italian restaurant in Bellevue in 1957.

You can feel his presence and the history of his struggle to maintain this restaurant as soon as you walk into this traditional and rustic restaurant.

We came here for dinner, and we were surprised by the beautiful decor, ambiance, and staff.

I liked Eggplant Parmigiana and Piccata. This restaurant has an extensive wine list with a rich variety of wines, and this is noticeable when you are in the restaurant.  We had a Merlot Falesco, and it was unforgettable. I still feel the vanilla note this wine had.

Angelo's of Bellevue Piccata

Because we love steak, we ordered The Italian Steak and Spencer Steak, and we gave all good words to the chefs.

Of course, we couldn’t leave this restaurant without trying their magnificent pasta. We had Spaghetti and Seafood Cannelloni, and they were really magnificent.

The only thing we can say after this amazing experience is that you will miss a lot if you don’t visit this Bellevue Italian restaurant.  It is perfect.

Firenze

15600 NE 8th St O – 15, Bellevue, WA 98008, United States //  +14259571077

Firenze is an elegant Italian restaurant in Bellevue and will quickly become your favorite as soon as you walk inside.

People here will give you a warm welcome and guide you through the inspirational story of creating a place where you can have fresh Italian food.

The first thing that impressed me was the restaurant’s decor. Firenze is a restaurant decorated in Mediterranean spirit. Later, when we had the tastiest pasta ever, our server told us that this was due to the owner’s Florentine, Sicilian, and Tuscan heritage.

In Firenze, you will have a chance to taste culinary Italy, regardless if you are eating seafood, spaghetti, or any other pasta. You will have many options to consume Italian food prepared in Tuscan style.

Because I felt that my throat was a little sore, I ordered Zuppa di Melanzane, a roasted eggplant soup, with olive oil and fresh herbs in a cream sauce. It was so good that it made me call the chef and tell that it was a masterpiece.

Mozzarella Caprese also surprised me with its fresh imported Italian mozzarella combined with tomato slices, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh basil. It was made to perfection.

Firenze Mozzarella Caprese

We had Lasagna Fiorentina and Spaghetti ai Calamari, and they were spectacular.

Maybe that night was mozzarella night, as we ordered Salsiccia with pomodoro, mozzarella, and Italian sausage. It really tastes like homemade pizza with a modern way of preparing pizza from scratch.

I recommend visiting this lovely and unique place, having a nice dining time, surrounded by the art decor, beige stucco walls, and terracotta floors. All this will give you a feeling like you are dining in Italy.

Enjoy your dinner and lunch with a wine imported from Tuscany.

The conclusion is that here you will find everything you need to experience a taste of Italy while sitting in an Italian Bellevue restaurant.

Mercato Stellina Pizzeria

10000 Main St., Bellevue, WA 98004, United States // +14257326611

When you visit Mercato Stellina Pizzeria, the emphasis should be on pizza. This is a classic Italian brick oven pizzeria. I personally love the outdoor seating, and eating pizza that has its own secret that makes it stand out.  In Mercato Stellina Pizzeria, you will have good wine and great food.

Margarita pizza was our choice, together with the Four Seasons version. And since the king of the show is pizza, additionally we ordered Funchi. Different kinds of pizzas, but the same great quality.

Mercato Stellina Pizzeria Pizza Margherita

I ordered a Manhattan, and they were not stingy when it comes to alcohol. That is something that should be acknowledged.

Our friend ordered Peroni Pilsner, and it perfectly suited a Speck pizza with a focus on garlic.

Something that you can’t miss besides the pizza is Polpette, house-made meatballs with marinara, shaved Parmigiano, basil, and crostini.

If you want to feel like you are in Italy and enjoy nice wine and la vida in general, Mercato Stellina Pizzeria in Bellevue will transfer you to Italy. People here are very friendly and helpful, and while it may get loud, it reminds me of Italy.

We highly recommend visiting Mercato Stellina Pizzeria. It has an incredible pizza, and everything here is really good, and there is no worry you will be disappointed. And, of course, have a glass of wine with your date or family. We recommend Tormaresca Primitivo.

Crossroads Italiano – Bellevue

PM 18 (Inside Crossroads Mall Food Court, 15600 NE 8th St., Bellevue, WA 98008, United States //  +14255620210

Another perfect Italian restaurant in Bellevue for all pasta lovers.Bellevue has a really good selection of Italian restaurants that the world should know about.

Crossroads Italiano has an exceptionally good Panini Sandwich and different combinations of pasta and salads. Something that you can’t miss is Fettuccine Alfredo. My hungry soul deserved all these dishes so I earned many bites of the Chicken Pesto Sandwich and Turkey and Provolone Sandwich. This place has wide options of sandwiches, and for vegetarians there is the tasty roasted veggie sandwich

Of course, you should not forget the restaurant’s pasta, such as Calabria Chicken Penne covered in cream sauce with a lot of garlic (when you go to an Italian restaurant you should always take chewing gum). Penne Gusto with roasted eggplant and Basil Pesto Penne were also excellent choices.

This restaurant offers plenty of options to enjoy your night. Everything here is done according to tightly held standards, and, of course, the food is something that makes this place remarkable.

Crossroads is a perfect place to come with a person you love, your mother, or your family. There is a special kid’s menu. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the servers are attentive, and you will want to stay here for hours, eating amazing food and having fun in a funny and cool place.

So, if you are planning a trip to Bellevue, remember to visit this place.

Briatore Pizza

13238 Northeast 20th Street #100 Briatore, Bellevue, WA 98005, United States  // +14257469100

Briatore pizza is a small but very cute pizza restaurant in Bellevue. Our purpose was to have a giant slice of pizza, sit outside, and enjoy the nice weather. This place, in addition to having exceptionally good pizza, offers other interesting dishes.

In Briatore Pizza, the highlight is on the mozzarella. It is hand-shredded in the restaurant kitchen. All pizzas are made from scratch, and they are cooked on stone in a deck oven. The pizza here is something that you can’t miss.

The idea of this place is to make this popular Italian pizza even tastier.  In addition to the fresh mozzarella, this restaurant focuses on e other quality ingredients, which are the formula for making incredibly good pizza. I really liked the Parmesan Reggiano and Pesto Sauce.

We recommend the following pizzas: Gusto Alfredo, Carinissima, and Gusto Peppers. Actually, we recommend trying all pizzas, but that is quite impossible.

If you prefer pasta instead of pizza, we suggest you have Lasagna Classico. And as a starter, you have different kinds of salads; our recommendation is the Goat Cheese Salad. And the Central Park Panini will become your favorite sandwich if you want to take a rest from pizzas.

We would be really happy if you could visit this place. The staff here will make your place more enjoyable.

Have a nice time!
