The 7 Best Restaurants In Boca Raton Florida
Chloe’s Bistro
6885 SW 18th St b7, Boca Raton, FL 33433 // 561-334/2088
Known for its authentic Italian dishes and friendly atmosphere, Chloe’s Bistro welcomes you to eat, drink, and be merry. There is no need to whine; their wine list pairs well with their dishes or sip on a stand-alone glass of pinot.
Here is what caught my eye on Chloe’s Bistro Brunch Menu: the vegan, gluten-free Almond pancakes served with fresh fruit, berries, and organic maple syrup. Crepes, anyone? The Sweet Crepes for me, please. Nutella, Bananas, and Berries are in a crepe on my plate, which makes me happy.
Let’s have lunch. My choice is a cup of Shrimp Corn Chowder and a Red Beet salad. If you’re not in the mood for soup and salad, perhaps something from the sea would please your palate – Clams Casino, Fresh Mussels or Clams sauteed in white wine, garlic olive oil, or marina sauce.

Another option is to order a Bowl. It combines brown rice, quinoa, roasted broccoli, Brussels sprouts, avocado, cilantro pesto, and miso-glazed sweet potatoes. You can add chicken, shrimp, and salmon to any bowl.
A delectable dinner option is the Smoked Salmon Plate, prepared with caramelized onions, crostini, capers creamy sauce, or the Beef Carpaccio.
If you want coffee, an iced latte, and dessert while enjoying the lakeside view, this is the place for you.
Boca Fish House
7050 W Palmetto Park Rd #31, Boca Raton, FL 33433 // 561-372-9112
Tucked into an unassuming strip mall, Boca Fish House is an out-of-the-way, five-star seafood restaurant that won’t disappoint. Its carefully curated menu and attentive service make for a memorable dining experience.
Chef Daniel Cournoyer uses the freshest ingredients to create artistry on every plate. Seated in South Florida, it’s a seafood lover’s paradise. Selections for land lovers are also on the menu.
Get started with Oysters on the half-shell, Steamed Clams, Charbroiled Spanish Octopus, or a Jumbo Lump Crab Cake. I am a fan of steamed clams. I’ll pass on the octopus, thanks.

These are a few mouth-watering spectacular specialties: Grilled Faroe Islands Salmon, garlic mashed potatoes, sundried tomato pesto, baby spinach, and lemon butter.
Do I see Sea Scallops? Yes, Pan-Seared Giant Sea Scallops, roasted corn sweet potato hash, and Florida citrus butter.
It was a toss-up between these two specialties: Herb-crusted swordfish, garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed spinach, roasted red bell pepper butter, or the Sweet Potato-Crusted Grouper Rainbow Swiss chard, roasted corn salsa, with Florida orange butter. The Grouper won out.
The LOCALE
499 S Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33432 // 561-325-8000
This South Florida culinary experience has a Latin-inspired flair that leaves you wanting more. Enjoy the warm, comfortable atmosphere while you enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail and peruse the menu.
The LOCALE takes ordinary food and creates extraordinary flavors. Look at your choice of burgers. The LOCALE burger is a grilled Angus beef, cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and sweet red onion on a golden split top bun.
GRUYÈRE AND EGG BURGER grilled Angus beef, gruyère cheese, garlic aioli, arugula, red onion, tomato, and fried egg on a golden split top bun.
The STEAK SANDWICH is a favorite creation of filet mignon, cilantro aioli, caramelized onions, balsamic drizzle, mozzarella cheese, and arugula, served on a golden split top bun.

Pizza lovers can choose a traditional PEPPERONI PIZZA or a FOUR CHEESE with tomato sauce, catupiry cheese, blue cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
Go BROOKLYN STYLE with tomato sauce, fresh-sliced mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. The house special is LOCALE pizza with tomato sauce, prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, fresh mozzarella, arugula, and grated parmesan cheese.
The CARNIVORO is slightly different, with tomato sauce, ham, pepperoni, bacon, Calabresa sausage, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
On to dessert, a sampler dessert platter would be ideal. It wasn’t easy to decide. Will it be the TRES LECHES, a homemade sponge cake, coconut milk, toasted coconut, and whipped cream?

Or, a HOMEMADE BROWNIE, a hot brownie filled with salted caramel and chocolate pretzels, topped with vanilla ice cream. You can’t go wrong with NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE. This homemade creamy New York cheesecake is accompanied by mixed berry compote, whipped cream, and graham cracker crumbs.
You’ll feel like you’re in heaven when you taste THE CHOCOLATE DREAM. You won’t want to wake up from this dream.
Imagine a baked pizza with Nutella chocolate ganache, shaved white chocolate, and fresh strawberries landing on your taste buds.
Luff’s Fish House
390 E Palmetto Park Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33432 // 561-609-2660
Sit in the tropical dining room or relax outside under a gazebo. Prepare to taste the freshest seafood. Once you do, you may feel like you’re in Key West instead of Boca Raton, especially when you taste the Key Lime pie.
Dining at this historic gem amongst the restaurants in Boca Raton is an exquisite experience. Where do you start? Shrimp Cocktail or Raw Oysters will whet your appetite.
Other starters include Clam Chowder, Cornbread, Key West Pink Shrimp Gumbo, Crab-Guacamole Tortilla Chips, or a Soft and Crispy Fish Taco.
Did someone say nachos? Yes, the menu includes Tuna Nachos with wontons, crunchy vegetables, orange ginger dressing, and soy glaze.

An appetizer, beer, or wine can be a meal, but why stop there? Ponder the sandwich choices and main dish options. First, look at some seafood sandwiches, such as the Mahi-Mahi Sandwich “a la plancha” with iceberg, tomato, house sauce, and pickles.
Keeping with the Mahi theme, the Mahi Reuben with sauerkraut, Swiss, Thousand Island, and a pickle is satisfying.
When I have the opportunity to have a lobster dish, I order that. They offer a Lobster Baconnaise sandwich with bacon, iceberg, and tomato.
Lobster is my first choice, but scallops come second. The Seared Diver Scallops with crab fried rice, sweet n’ sticky, cashews, and cilantro is a tasty combo for a main dish. Pasta and seafood are a perfect match.

Penne and Crab Cake with jumbo lump and Vodka sauce or Pescatore Fettuccini Marinara are a couple of dishes that vow to please.
Then there is the Coconut Curry Grouper with jasmine rice, wok vegetables, and fresh herbs. Another dish with jasmine rice is the Whole Key West Snapper. Don’t think twice to snap that one up.
If none of those options catch your eye, you can BYOC (Bring Your Own Catch) or opt for Barbecue Baby Back Ribs, filet mignon au poivre, or a country-fried pork chop.
M.E.A.T. Eatery And Taproom
2831 North Federal Highway #Unit 9, Boca Raton, FL // 561-419-2600
What a find! You’ll get a warm welcome and fast service. This joint is a meat lover’s dream. M.E.A.T. Eatery is known for its high-quality, fresh ingredients and is rated the #1 burger in Florida. Every dish is bursting with flavor.
Beyond burgers, they serve fish, chicken, and veggie burgers. The House-Smoked Chicken Wings are smoked in-house and tossed in honey chipotle barbeque and bleu cheese crumbles. These award-winning wings were featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.

One top-rated sandwich is the House Pulled Pork Sandwich made with Carolina-style topped with house-made coleslaw and barbeque sauce. Add a side salad, zucchini fries, duck-fat French fries, or smoked potato salad.
Quench your thirst with a craft beer on tap, organic wine, or micro-brewed soda. Satisfy your sweet tooth with the heavenly Homemade Bread Pudding.
Stop in at this gem amongst the restaurants in Boca Raton for a great experience.
Farmer’s Table
1901 N Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL 33431 // 561-417-5836
Farmer’s Table is one of the healthiest restaurants in Boca Raton serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert where you’ll experience feel-good food. Without sacrificing flavor, these dishes are nutritious and nourishing. Awaken your senses with a farm-to-table meal.
The BAKERS BISCUITS & JAM were calling my name. Freshly Baked Buttermilk Biscuits, Honey “Butter” House-Made Jam, and a Latte to go with it were a winning way to start my day.
For a heartier breakfast, a popular choice is the FARMER’S TABLE PALOOZA, which includes blueberry multigrain pancakes, scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, and applewood-smoked bacon.
Consider soup or bone broth and salad for lunch. Get some greens in you by consuming the Farmer’s Table Cobb made with Romaine hearts, chicken, egg, avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and bacon dressed with Ranch or Wildflower Honey Vinaigrette.

The Florida 77 salad is another savvy choice crafted with field greens, avocado, oranges, carrots, hearts of palm, candied cashews, and Mile Marker 77 Vinaigrette. Florida 77 had me at cashews, my favorite nut.
If you don’t desire soup and salad, flatbread may turn your head. This is made with roasted butternut and bacon caramelized onions, house-made mozzarella, cashew ricotta, spiced honey, and pepitas on a lavash crust.
Or opt for the Chicken Pita. The toasted naan bread is stuffed with grilled chicken, tzatziki, romaine, organic tomatoes, onions, and kalamata olives.
It’s time for dinner. If Brussels sprouts excite you, then order the Grass-Fed Short Rib with roasted Brussels sprouts, mushroom bordelaise, and maple-whipped sweet potatoes.

I prefer to skip the Brussels sprouts, so this dish was a better choice for me: Florida Orange-Roasted Chicken with warm organic kale-walnut salad, parmesan, sweet potato mash, and thyme gravy.
I saved the best for last. The Chocolate Fudge Cake with chocolate mousse filling and dark chocolate ganache had me floating on a cloud. I’ll come down from my chocolate cloud to tell you about another delicious dessert, Ivy’s Carrot Cake.
It is a moist cake with walnuts and raisins, topped with dairy-free “cream cheese” frosting. If these two don’t intrigue you, there are more dessert choices. End your evening with a coffee or latte that will enhance the taste of your dessert.
Tom Sawyer’s Country Restaurant & Pastry
1759 NW Boca Raton Blvd Boca Raton, FL 33432 // 561-368-4634
If you’re looking for a home-style country breakfast, this is one of the best restaurants in Boca Raton for that. Known for the best breakfast in town, Tom Sawyer’s is a favorite in Boca Raton and the winner of Talk of the Town awards. Breakfast, lunch, and mouthwatering pastries are available.
A breakfast favorite is Breakfast in a Pot, made with two buttermilk biscuits topped with sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, melted cheddar cheese, and your choice of meat.
In addition to the traditional breakfast dishes, there are house breakfast specials, including the Tom Sawyer, Huck Finn, and Mark Twain combos.

My lunch favorites are the Chicken Leroy, a fried chicken cutlet, ham, and Swiss cheese grilled on white bread served with French fries and coleslaw.
Another favorite is the Tom Sawyer Cheese Steak sandwich. Chicken Salad is my lunch preference or a juicy burger with lemonade or sweet tea.
