We choose to start with the Incredible wagyu beef hot stone starter. When you bit into it, it melted. For our entrée, we chose the delectable Tender Scottish salmon.
In addition, the ribeye steak we got was of a higher caliber than other rib eyes. No other rib eyes come close to that one’s level of excellence.
Also fantastic and among the finest I’ve ever tasted was the pork. The sauces that went with the rib eye and pork were unique and delicious.
The service was excellent and attentive without being intrusive. So do yourself a favor and make a reservation for supper here if you’re in Vail.

This restaurant is a great pit stop for mouthwatering Japanese fare in Vail and is located at Meadow Drive. However, one of Vail’s best-kept secrets is Osaki’s.
This restaurant makes fresh sushi delicacies utilizing age-old methods under the direction of Chef Takeshi Osaki. The soft shell crab is one of the numerous Japanese treats offered at this restaurant.
I’ve eaten a lot of sushi, but this was the greatest I’ve ever had. The fish was prepared attractively and was really fresh.
I’d suggest doing the omakase and letting them choose. The shrimp shumai was exceptionally delicious and cooked to perfection. The dinner was perfectly rounded off with Osaki’s roll!
Our waiter expertly explained everything as she took us through the whole menu. Definitely suggest visiting when in Vail.

I went with the Risotto del Mare. All of the flavors mixed beautifully in the risotto. I also tried some of my friend’s Gnoccheti Sardi al Pollo, pesto gnocchi with chicken. The cocktails included inventive and well-balanced concoctions.
Regarding the drinks, the Whiskey Albicocca was my favorite. The food was delicious, and our waiter, a friendly and experienced server, made the meal simple and pleasurable. When visiting Vail, I highly recommend eating here!

We had no plans for dinner, just a brief stop at the bar. But, with a delicious glass of wine, we became really relaxed.
Our first plan was just to get an appetizer, but we felt so welcomed and at home that we carefully examined the menu and decided to order more.
We ordered some oysters on the half shell, which were fantastic, and a wonderful arugula salad. Even though the plan was to go small, we couldn’t resist the entrees: the only challenge was picking which ones to choose.
After thoughtful consideration, we decided on the Salmon and the Short Rib, both of which were quite intriguing and delectable. These two dishes made us eager to go back and sample more options swiftly.
We both thought it was a unique and enjoyable event that we would recommend. You will not be disappointed. Trust me!

The salmon from Loch Duart and the duck and ricotta ravioli are two of their most well-known meals.
Everything we ordered, from the whipped feta and black truffle deviled eggs to the lamb, venison, halibut entrée, and their specialty “sticky toffee pudding cake,” was excellent.
The meal was delicious, especially with a fantastic bottle of wine. Everyone was friendly, upbeat, and welcome. You will not be disappointed if you visit this location!

Our first appetizer was calamari sautéed with zucchini, asparagus, pancetta, and tomatoes rather than breaded. It was excellent.
Most of the people in my small group ordered the trout, which was delivered with sauteed red potatoes, greens, and crab. They all adored it.
In my order, I chose the veggie gnocchi with kale, mushrooms, tomatoes, and sunflower seeds in a Herb Beurre Blanc sauce.
