Slogar Crested Butte, located in the center of Butte, has been offering skillet fried chicken dinners since 1984. Slogar is famous for its creamy mashed potatoes and biscuits (or scones).

If you’re seeking r casual dining restaurants near the Crested Butte Ski Resort, this Crested Butte restaurant should be on your list. Slogar Crested Butte offers old-world elegance with excellent meals and service.
The food was beautiful and generous, and the hand-crafted cocktails were fantastic. But, of course, the chicken was divine – juicy and crisp, the rib eye melted on our lips, and the ribs were tender and delectable.
The cocktail menu intrigued me in the first place, and I’m happy to report that they did not disappoint! They were unique and delicious. The crew did an excellent job of ensuring that everyone had what they needed at all times while keeping the evening flowing smoothly.
It has been dubbed one of Crested Butte’s most fabulous restaurants and is well worth a visit just for the décor and atmosphere!

Since 2000, this Crested Butte pizza business has been voted best for pizza and chicken wings. It is one of the best pizza restaurants in Crested Butte Colorado. Its relaxed environment makes it the ideal after-ski hangout.
When I was reading through the menu of this Crested Butte restaurant, I realized that they offer a vast range of pizzas. From specialty meat pies like the Mac Daddy and the Spicy Wais to veg pies and construct your own, there’s something for everyone.
They had a lot of exciting options on the menu and were packed every night I was in CB. They also offer an excellent beer selection.
I tried their spicy pizza with sausage, which was fantastic. I got a slice for breakfast the following day and discovered it was somewhat garlicky, but I still enjoyed it. Their pizza is thick and has a large crust, but it is not a deep dish or NY thin.
If you’d prefer to eat at your Airbnb or condo, you can request the pizza to be packed for a takeout. After eating at The Secret Stash, you will never want to return to Papa Murphy’s!

Soupcon is a charming little Crested Butte café that has become a great central meeting place for friends, family, and guests.
Soupcon Restaurant’s location is delightful, the staff is gently attentive, and the food is exquisite and altogether excellent. We loved the comfortable atmosphere as well as the delicious cuisine.
They offer an excellent wine list that concentrates on new and old-world wines, and the sommelier had also put together an excellent matching option. Mussels, foie gras, lamb chops, and veal were all excellent dishes on the five-course tasting menu.
Having dined in numerous large cities worldwide, I must declare that this establishment can compete with any of them and, in many ways, even outperform them. So don’t miss this place for fine dining in Crested Butte. It’s one of the best restaurants in Crested Butte Colorado.

The Wooden Nickel provides excellent service and food! The oldest restaurant in Crested Butte has a great mountain cabin atmosphere.
Head to the Wooden Nickel for some special home cuisine if you wish to relive your childhood dining experience. They even serve breakfast every day!
Everything, from the Martini to the elk chops, was superb, including our service. We began with Shishito peppers, which were simply roasted and seasoned, making them an excellent appetizer. The blue cheese crumbles salad was generous and easy to divide, with plenty of tasty blue cheese.
The bone-in filet was cooked medium rare and delicious, and the loaded baked potato and grilled asparagus were excellent sides.
While all of our meals were delicious, the Elk Chop special stole the show. It was delicious, with delicate elk meat.
It’s a fantastic restaurant in a historic building with a massive, elegant bar. A must-visit place amongst the restaurants in Crested Butte Colorado!

There is no way I can resist recommending Nepalese food when there is an excellent Nepalese restaurant nearby. Sherpa Cafe is no different.
This Crested Butte restaurant provides both Indian classics like Korma and amazing Nepali delicacies like MoMo – a type of delicious steamed dumplings that will blow your mind!
If you’re searching for takeout, try the Samosa, or order the Phakora as an appetizer when dining in. This Crested Butte restaurant has so many delicious South Asian and Tibetan meals that you may have to return.
Menu options include meals for the entire family and a large assortment of delicious food. I’m not sure what it is about mountain towns and Nepali food, but this is the second time I’ve seen a Nepali restaurant in a Colorado ski resort – and I adore it!
Sherpa Cafe has some of the most incredible food in Butte and is a terrific location to stop on your way down from Crested Butte Mountain for a hot and filling dinner! This is THE spot for Asian food in Crested Butte.

In the heart of the old town of Crested Butte, Colorado, next to the Crested Butte Shuttle stop at the Old Town Hall, sits the family-run restaurant The Last Steep Bar & Grill.
They specialize in freshly crafted salads and wraps, inventive sandwiches, burgers and seafood, exquisite desserts, and the city’s coldest beer!
I ordered a bowl of chicken green chili soup to go with my half-pound burger and chips. By far the finest burger in Crested Butte; everything else, including the service, was excellent. I also drank two pints of pale ale.
I would suggest this restaurant to anyone, so if you want lovely cuisine, excellent service, a beautiful atmosphere, and managers who care about the service and their customers, you should eat here!

Camp 4 Coffee is a tiny coffee shop in Crested Butte that is well-known for its excellent roasts. All of the coffee from Camp 4 Coffee is roasted by hand in small batches in Crested Butte.
This modest rustic establishment, run by mountain enthusiasts and coffee lovers, has been supplying a secret roast to Crested Butte and the adjacent towns since 1993.
It’s the ideal spot to grab a coffee before putting on your gear or to order a strong brew to warm you up after descending the mountain. At Camp 4 Coffee in Crested Butte, you may not only get beautifully prepared cups of coffee, but you can also purchase the beans or grind to take home with you.
They also sell great baked products like muffins and croissants and serve a mean morning burrito. I believe I also saw some Cornish pastries on one of the menus.

Teocalli Tamale serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner to locals and others from all over the world. Teocalli Tamale is a fantastic choice for great Mexican food at a reasonable price for Crested Butte residents and workers.
They provide enormous servings of no-bs meals, allowing the contents to speak for themselves. It is one of Butte’s limited options for Mexican food, but it is excellent.
My friend ordered steak and brisket tacos, while I ordered chicken and pork tacos. The filling inside was delicious and can be topped with your choice of salsa. They also provided us with handmade chips.
