Jackson, Wyoming, is appropriately known as “God’s country.” It’s what I term “soul space.” Whatever you call it, there’s no doubt its rugged mountains and dense wildlife populations will take your breath away.
Jackson is a beautiful mountain town in western Wyoming, just 15 minutes from Grand Teton National Park. I’ve been there several times in different seasons, and each time I leave enamored with this particular place.
Its blend of refinement and informality is completely unique when it comes to dining in Jackson. Upscale restaurants coexist with cowboy pubs and breweries on the same street. You’ll see folks dressed in sportswear at upscale ski resorts for dinner.
The juxtaposition is one of my favorite aspects of the town since it feels completely unique.
Yes, Jackson, Wyoming, is a picturesque mountain town that will take your breath away.
However, it may also be a town that fills your stomach with great food, warms you up with hot coffee, and refreshes you with quality produce after a hard journey.

The nicest aspect about this restaurant is the wonderfully welcoming treatment from their employees, who go out of their way to ensure you have a great eating experience every time you visit.
They are located in a magnificent refurbished theater structure. They kept enough of the existing characteristics to respect history before completely renovating the space.
Because it was a theater, you are seated in one vast room that also serves as the kitchen! That’s right, they hand-toss their pizzas in front of everyone, then bake them in two massive wood-fired ovens at the front of the room! It was a combination of dinner and a performance.
We could have stayed and watched them work all night. It was a lot of fun! The pizzas were also everything you’d expect.
