Acquolina
2320 Weston Rd, Weston, FL 33326, United States // +19543891880
Now, I know what you’re thinking. “Acqua-what?” Just roll that gorgeous name on your tongue a few times. Acquolina. It literally means ‘mouthwatering’ in English, and let me tell you, that’s no exaggeration.
As I pranced through the doors of this elegant gem, the bar area extended a welcoming embrace.
It beckoned like an old friend, but who am I kidding? It was the waterfront patio that stole my heart! Dining al fresco by the water is my Achilles’ heel, and Acquolina’s patio swept me off my feet. The breeze whispered secrets of Parmesan and basil, and my heart sang amore!
Now, let’s talk about the dining room – a vision, darlings. It’s like stepping into a Renaissance painting where elegance meets mouthwatering aromas.
But the crowning glory is that waterfront patio – can’t stress it enough. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to recite Shakespearean sonnets to your bruschetta.
As for the menu, Acquolina is like a culinary lottery – you can’t lose. My taste buds embarked on an Odyssey with Veal and Chicken Parm, and, oh, did they dance the tarantella!
As an adventurous diner, I couldn’t resist dabbling in Chicken Francaise and, of course, a cheeky side of Fettuccine Alfredo. Let’s just say that my palate gave a standing ovation.
But my dear foodies, the adventure doesn’t end there. The Chopped Salad? Divine. The Eggplant Stack? A flavor crescendo. Sole Oreganata? Penne Alla Vodka? I was practically writing love letters to the chef at this point.
And let’s not overlook the dark horses – the Burned Broccoli and Burned Green Beans. Absolute scene-stealers.
In true foodie fashion, I could not bid farewell without courting the house-made desserts. If you take one piece of advice from this gastronomic tale, let it be this: SAVE. ROOM. FOR. DESSERT. They are the golden tickets to Willy Wonka’s factory, minus the Oompa Loompas.
Beyond the food, what makes Acquolina a gem is its heart. It’s the trifecta – tasty, clean, and friendly, with an ambiance that’s the icing on the Tiramisu.
If you’re looking for an Italian embrace for your taste buds in Weston, Acquolina is your culinary soulmate.
Ke-uH Restaurant
2278 Weston Rd, Weston, FL 33326, United States // +19549002278
Next up, I’m thrilled to share with you a gem that I recently discovered in Weston. It’s the Ke-uH Restaurant, and let me tell you, it’s an experience that’s as unforgettable as the name itself.
As you enter Ke-uH, the modern interiors beckon you with an air of sophistication. The sushi-bar seating is particularly enticing, setting the stage for the culinary spectacle that’s about to unfold.
What makes Ke-uH stand out? The food. They’ve mastered the art of blending classic sushi with inventive twists, all while maintaining an authentic flair.
The sushi is incredibly fresh, and you can sense the thought and creativity that go into combining flavors and textures. It’s not just sushi; it’s a reinvention.
However, of all the delicious offerings, one dish stole my heart: the pork belly slider. This little wonder is the epitome of flavor.
Tender pork belly nestled in a soft bun and bathed in a delectable reduction sauce. It’s a combination that resonates with you long after the last bite.
I must commend the efficiency at Ke-uH. The food arrives promptly, and this doesn’t in any way compromise the quality or freshness. The vegetables are crisp, the bread is freshly baked, and there’s an undeniable vibrancy to each plate.
Keep in mind, Ke-uH is on the higher end of the spectrum in terms of pricing, but it is well worth the investment.
This is a place where you come to savor and relish every bite to celebrate the art of fine dining and innovative cuisine.
In summary, if you find yourself in Weston and are looking for an exquisite dining experience, Ke-uH is a choice that you won’t regret.
Whether you’re a sushi lover or looking to try something new and exciting, this restaurant delivers on all fronts.
Bellini Italian Bistro
2780 Weston Rd, Weston, FL 33331, United States // +19543060781
Next, i’ll guide you through the winding cobblestone streets of Italy without leaving Weston. How, you ask? Via the gastronomic gateway that is Bellini Italian Bistro!
Nestled in our beloved neighborhood, this place is like unearthing a treasure chest brimming with the most delectable Italian delights.
Upon entering, the warm embrace of Bellini’s cozy trattoria vibe is undeniable. Dark-wood floors and walls adorned with Roman photos, it’s like hopping on a plane to Italy but minus the turbulence and jet lag. Authenticity is the name of the game here, and Bellini plays it like a virtuoso.
The curtain-raiser to my Italian escapade was the homemade bread that arrived promptly, warm as the Italian sun. Dipped in oil and vinegar, each bite transported me to a quaint Roman piazza.
My taste buds were just warming up when the eggplant parmigiana and prosciutto with melon balls made their entrance for the appetizers. You know how Batman and Robin are an iconic duo? Well, so are these appetizers.
Hold on, because here comes the showstopper: chicken parmigiana and ravioli stuffed with ricotta and pears in a creamy sauce with walnuts.
Can we just have a moment of silence to appreciate this symphony of flavors? The fusion of the ricotta and pears was like witnessing a beautiful ballet, where every step is pure perfection.
The portions were so generous that by the end of it, I felt like I had feasted with Italian royalty. I’d love to tell you about the desserts, but alas, I was so blissfully sated with all the savory goodness, plus the beer and wine, that dessert will have to wait for my next visit.
Bellini Italian Bistro is that hidden jewel in Weston that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled upon an ancient secret – a secret too delicious not to share.
If you’re seeking an authentic Italian experience that envelops you in warmth, culture, and mouthwatering fare, Bellini is your passport to La Dolce Vita!

Gather around because, for the last place, I’m taking you on a delightful detour to the heart of Argentina, right here in Weston. The star of our culinary tango? Graziano’s Market Weston!
It’s where sizzling meats and sumptuous wines find their soulmates in a breezy, contemporary Argentinean cafe. And let me tell you, it’s a match made in heaven.
My afternoon at Graziano’s started with a yearning for something heartwarming and sizzling. Lo and behold, short ribs and flap meat presented themselves like an Argentinean knight in shining armor.
With the first bite, I could almost hear the joyous guitar strums of a tango. The meat was tender and perfectly seasoned, and each bite was a revelation. If you ever wanted to know what phenomenal tastes like, this is it!
And what’s an Argentinean rendezvous without empanadas? These golden pockets of joy are like the warm hugs your soul craves. I could probably write a sonnet about them, but I’ll save that for later.
Now, here’s the fantastic twist: Graziano’s Market is not just a dine-in affair. It’s a treasure trove where you can also hand-pick your cuts of steak, empanadas, salads, and sides and take them home for a culinary waltz in your kitchen.
The thought of donning my chef’s hat and grilling these delectable cuts on my BBQ was as exciting as finding an extra present under the Christmas tree.
Oh, and I must tip my hat to the affordability. The prices at Graziano’s Market are as friendly as the atmosphere. Quality and value waltzing together in perfect harmony.
So, whether you’re in the mood to immerse yourself in an Argentinean cafe setting, or eager to be the maestro of your grill, Graziano’s Market Weston is your culinary playground.
One Lebanese
1396 SW 160th Ave, Sunrise, FL 33326, United States // +19548247443
One Lebanese is Gem in Weston that Serves love on a plate! The restaurant strikes a beautiful balance between tradition and modernity, both in its atmosphere and its cuisine.
As soon as you walk in, the hostess greets you warmly, setting the tone for the evening. The décor is elegant but unpretentious, giving you a sense of luxury without feeling overwhelming. The attention to detail is evident in the décor, making the environment feel welcoming.
Now, let’s talk food. Their Falafel is something special. It has this incredible seasoning and texture that stands out.
For the main course, I chose the Rice and Lentils, and it was a great pick. The crispy onions and walnuts on top added an enjoyable crunch that complemented the dish well. My dining partner opted for the Tenderloin Kebab and Lebanese Almond Rice with Chicken—both were spot on. Cooked perfectly and well-seasoned.
But don’t leave without trying dessert. The Aladdin dessert was the perfect end to a great meal, offering just the right amount of sweetness. And I have to give a shout-out to their coffee; it’s really good, the kind of brew that sticks with you.
What I loved most about One Lebanese was how they managed to make traditional Lebanese dishes feel contemporary without losing the essence of what makes them special.
The entire dining experience felt like a lovely blend of old and new!
So if you’re in Weston and in the mood for some quality Lebanese cuisine, One Lebanese should be on your list!
It’s a family-friendly spot that offers an excellent dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
