Cancellation Policy For The Yachts
You cannot refund your deposit if you cancel your charter due to personal reasons. You are welcome to reschedule. Look to give seven days’ notice for rescheduling. The cancellation policy of the company does not apply to rescheduling or refunding.
They will rebook if they have to cancel or change your dates due to weather conditions, mechanical failure, or other reasons beyond their control. However, they will not reimburse you for travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses or consequential issues.
If the Port Captain himself announces a closed port, you may receive a refund only if you cancel your reservation. There are no refunds when the weather is not “perfect and sunny”.
As soon as the client is on the water and/or days after, he or she cannot refuse the charter.
Seasickness: They cannot be held responsible for trips cut short due to seasickness. Guests with a high tolerance for motion are more likely to feel ill on the boat than those with low tolerance. In this case, no refunds will be given.
Items Lost: The client is responsible for his/her own items and those belonging to guests. Any lost or left items on the boat will not be liable to us. However, we will make every effort to recover them.
