You can find the taste of Mexico in the heart of Wheatland in the Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant. It’s a cozy, comfortable place with excellent staff and breathtaking food.
The menu is extensive, and it was hard to decide what we wanted to try because we wanted a bit from everything. An excellent choice for a more extensive group is one of the family plates called Parrillada, served with chicken or beef fajita, rice, beans, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole and tortillas.
The waiter recommended the fajita salad, and the taste was unforgettable. For dessert, try the famous Mexican deep fried ice cream; you will love it.

The best burger with the softest bread and homemade crunchy french fries you will ever try is in Vimbo’s Restaurant and Lounge.
My friends had the rib eye served with salad and french fries, too, and for the price of $30, it looked and smelled delicious. The place looks old and a bit outdated but is clean and comfortable. The service is good, but the place is busy, so have patience.
