The food was the most incredible Mexican food I’d had in the area! Our mouths were filled with flavor. The salsa was beautiful, the tomatillo was right on, and my asada quesadilla was perfect!

The restaurant was small, but the food was excellent Thai, with the amazing flavors and textures that make up the Thai eating experience.
Simply put, exceptional dining! In a busy restaurant, the service was swift and courteous. The ambiance was average, but it was comfy and clean.
The food was very delicious. But it seemed like a combination between Chinese and Thai to me. We ordered the seafood padatay, which was delicious. The sauce had a terrific flavor.
The seafood padatay was our favorite dish, but we also ordered mango shrimp and shrimp fried rice, both of which were fantastic.
The staff was accommodating and pleasant and regularly replenished my hot jasmine tea. The seafood on all three plates was cooked to perfection and was very soft. The vegetables were also cooked to perfection.

If you prefer your pizza gooey and greasy, this is not for you. I felt it was done perfectly, with a thin crispy crust and perfectly cooked toppings.
I recommend trying the taco pizza, which was actually quite tasty!
We also ordered the garlic cheese bread, and they offered us jalapeno cream cheese to dip it in, bringing it to a new level. I really recommend the jalapeño cream cheese as a cold dipping sauce.

One Eyed Buffalo’s owners and crew provide wonderful home cooking, homemade sides, and a distinctive blend of ales. They exclusively serve high-quality items.
We had the hot roast beef sandwich with gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans. I rarely order green beans at restaurants since they are always unseasoned.
I gave them a shot and am glad I did. They were fantastic! Nicely seasoned. Mashed potatoes tasted authentic. It was exactly what we needed after being out in the cold all day. The place was packed and still pleasant.
The service was excellent. I ordered a delicious artisan beer called Son of a Peach to end the meal. There was a faint peach flavor that did not overpower the beer flavor.

The food service area at the back of the store serves a range of wraps, salads, coffee, and healthy cold drinks, including some unique smoothies.
We chose wraps from their extensive lunch menu. I had a Thai Wrap with shrimp, carrots, and a light Thai sauce, which was tasty and well-prepared. When I ate it, it stayed together, and I could taste the shrimp.
My friends ordered Tuna and Chicken wraps; they loved them as well!
We sat in the comfortable seating area and were served smoothie samples. The Elvis dessert left a fantastic impression; next time, we’ll leave room for an Elvis dessert.

Safari Club
115 E. Park St, Thermopolis, WY 82443, United States // +13078643131
Safari Club is a fantastic restaurant with a unique dining space. It’s a little far from the center, but it’s well worth the trip.
The Safari Club serves as both a restaurant and an animal museum. We had a great time looking at the taxidermy creatures, and the manager even took the time to point out unusual animals and explain why some were taken.
The entry hall is decorated with old black-and-white photos of hunting expeditions and a mural of a pith-helmeted hunter.
The walls are covered in taxidermied trophies, almost all of which are real, except for a few imitation endangered species.
Our crab stuffed mushrooms appetizer was delicious and creamy. Oh, I could have had two and called it my dinner.
My friend’s Jack Daniels Steak was tasty, tender, and perfectly cooked. My chicken fried steak was one of the greatest I’d ever tasted in a restaurant.
It’s usually a touch stringy because of the lower-quality meat, but this one was massive and soft. I was almost able to cut it without a knife.
We finished our lovely dinner with lava cake a la mode and mango sorbet. They were fantastic! This restaurant is retro and should not be missed when visiting Thermopolis.
