I am quite fortunate to have discovered this eatery in this small Wyoming town.
I had the tortilla soup, which was loaded with vegetables and a large quantity of hand-shredded chicken.
I emphasize “hand-shredded” because a machine had clearly processed the chicken I had in another Mexican restaurant. It makes a difference.
It included soft, gooey cheese, avocado, and tortilla chips. It was a little spicy, but I liked it. It was a meal in and of itself.
My friend ordered the carnitas res, which was the special that day. He said it was very nice. You can be sure that you will leave full and satisfied since they put a lot of food on the table!
