The atmosphere is lovely. The western theme is attractive but not overpowering. You are not required to dress up. The music was a good mix of pop and rock.
It was the best steak we have had in a long while. The steak is served on a hot dinner plate. We had the New York strip and Filet. Both were cooked to perfection and seasoned just right.

The tossed salad consisted of very fresh vegetables, and the blue cheese dressing was out of this world. We finished our lunch with the apple cobbler, which was presented hot and excellent!

We enjoyed the impressionistic paintings depicting train robbery and old images of the Wild Bunch gang. And fortunately, no TV displays are glaring at you.
The Cajun Chicken Bacon Penne was cooked perfectly and was one of my friend’s top three dishes. The Fried Shrimp might have used a little more seasoning, but they were still delicious.
The St. Louis Pork Ribs were some of the greatest I’ve ever eaten, and I love ribs. They were brown sugar-rubbed and slow-cooked. The texture was amazing; it was melting in my mouth!

The Calamari appetizer was fantastic! This was a decent portion meal, and the three of us thoroughly loved it. We all ordered meals and beverages.
Our group ordered two Drunken Salmon meals, a Rib Eye Steak, and a Peppered Steak.
The salmon was delicious. However, the other guest thought it was overly salty. Because it is cooked with soy sauce, I believe the soy was too strong for her taste.
