Iron Skillet is a great buffet-style restaurant with various selections to please even the most discriminating palette! It’s a fantastic place to visit with friends and family.
All dishes served at Iron Skillet are prepared from scratch in their “Mom” kitchen using pre-made ingredients.
There is a breakfast buffet as well as a salad bar with fresh vegetables. I chose to try their Chicken Fried Steak because I had heard it was quite popular. I must say that I was pleasantly pleased. It was delicious.
It comes with creamy country gravy and sweet potato fries with onion rings as a side. They were delicious and crispy! Iron Skillet is a real hidden gem that Laramie everyone should check out!

Anong’s is a favorite local Laramie lunch restaurant that never disappoints. With its wonderful cuisine, fantastic lunch buffet, and quick service, this is always a good lunch place.
Using fresh and tasty ingredients, Anong’s serves authentic Thai food in Laramie to various preferences. Anong’s is the place to go if you want to experience something different from standard American cuisine.
Anong’s atmosphere is also unique. The interior’s vivid red and gold color palette and the traditional Thai artwork are displayed throughout to create a cheerful and appealing ambiance.
I had the pad Thai with tofu, which was amazing. Plenty of food, enough for two meals.
I also ordered summer rolls, another of my favorites. I like how they individually wrapped them to keep them fresh and separate. The peanut sauce was delicious.
I definitely advise you to stop and try this gem amongst the restaurants in Laramie Wyoming if you want authentic Asian food.

As Wyoming is known for ranching, I wouldn’t leave out a great place to get a burger. The Crowbar & Grill does it better than anyone else in town.
Their offerings may seem straightforward, but don’t be fooled. With high-quality ingredients, Crowbar combines robust and distinctive flavor combinations.
The sparrow burger with bacon was delicious. The onion rings were fantastic. The pizza crust was thin and crunchy on the edges, and the toppings were great. The pepperoni was delicious.
You can also get pizza by the slice if you’re not really hungry. The fries were delicious. The salad with crispy chicken was superb.
I would absolutely return because I liked the atmosphere. You should definitely check this place out! It’s one of the best restaurants in Laramie Wyoming.

I appreciated that the menu included photographs because I wouldn’t have known what some of the sushi rolls were without them. Very useful.
My baked orange packed with shrimp and scallops was simply fantastic. The sushi was delicious, and the presentation was excellent.

Sweet Melissa’s Cafe, situated in a gorgeous historic building in downtown Laramie, is a hidden gem among the best Laramie lunch options.
This delicious discovery only serves vegetarian meals. However, both meat eaters and vegans will appreciate their unique and excellent meals.
Sweet Melissa’s only uses the greatest ingredients and prepares them in the nicest way possible.
You won’t miss the meat at all! They also include gluten-free versions of most of their menu items and a full bar. In addition, sweet Melissa’s menu changes seasonally, so you’ll always find something new and exciting.
Our server greeted us cheerfully and seated us outside. Then we ordered the enchilada platter, an open-faced Bahn mi sandwich, vegan cornbread, and chili. Everything was wonderful, and the food was freshly prepared!
It was so delicious that we emptied our plates and then requested peanut butter pie pieces for dessert. The dessert was wonderful! I ate it all and was stuffed, but it was the finest supper we’d eaten in a long time!
If you’ve never experienced a vegetarian restaurant, this is the one to go to.

Alibi is a fantastic find amongst the restaurants in Laramie Wyoming located just a few blocks from the heart of downtown Laramie. The room has recently been refurbished to accommodate more sitting, and their outdoor dining area is the best in town.
Delicious wood-fired pizza, artisan sandwiches, fresh salads, and innovative appetizers are available at Alibi. If you’re feeling adventurous, you may also try one of their incredible cocktails or craft beer.
We ordered the Pork Love pizza with the arugula of our choice and the Cowboy pizza with pickled onions. They feature a terrific indoor and outdoor atmosphere, complete with a couple of fire pits and a full bar serving creative cocktails.
It’s a must-stop for me whenever I’m traveling through Wyoming. I highly recommend this place.

Born in a Barn serves four types of wings with a wide range of sauces. They also serve innovative and delicious burgers, as well as other delectable alternatives and a complete bar.
We ordered the nachos as an appetizer, and the dish arrived fast and fresh. You can always tell how much people enjoy food by how quickly it disappears; these nachos were gone in a matter of minutes and were wonderful.
After we ordered our food, it arrived quickly; our group’s wings and burgers were excellent; the wings had great sauces, and the burgers were cooked to order and served at the right temperature.
Our server checked on us frequently to ensure that our cups stayed full and that we had everything we needed for a delicious supper.
Overall, this was a fantastic eating experience; the food was delicious, the service was consistent and responsive, and the ambiance was relaxing. It’s a great place for casual eating in Laramie.
I think this establishment is one of the best in the city for wings, and I recommend anyone to indulge in some at this fine establishment. When the weather is nice, make sure to check out their outdoor area as well.

Altitude is a popular Laramie restaurant noted for its upscale steakhouse and chophouse. However, their lunch menu includes a number of unusual delicacies that should not be missed.
Altitude serves excellent burgers, outstanding sandwiches, interesting appetizers, and delectable salads. Alternatively, enjoy one of their delectable daily specials, desserts, seasonal drinks, or hand-crafted brews.
They also feature a very spacious, warm, and pleasant environment and are conveniently located in the middle of downtown.
We started with cocktails. I had Wyoming whiskey, amaretto, lemonade, and club soda with my cowboy lemonade. After that, the appetizers we chose were wontons, tuna poke, and charcuterie. Everything was wonderful. It’s one of the best restaurants in Laramie Wyoming.
The wontons were fried and filled with bacon, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese. Delicious! A panini with apple, goat cheese, and fig jam for dinner.
Our waiter was wonderful, extremely engaged, and helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone passing through!

I had the Grilled Cheese listed under Burgers. Excellent and enormous! It consists of two grilled cheese sandwiches with a beautifully cooked thick burger meat sandwiched between them.
Add bacon and BBQ sauce to experience the great sensations all at once. But be aware that this is a pretty hefty sandwich! It also comes with excellent crispy fries! Enjoy with a local brew! It’s well worth the trip for lunch!
