Fathom Restaurant is one of Afton’s best restaurants. It has been in business for a long time and is one of the greatest restaurants in town. The cuisine is fantastic, the service is good, and the atmosphere is friendly.
Enjoy the flavors of two faraway places, India and the Philippines.
Both have distinct flavors that you might not expect to find in the restaurants in Afton Wyoming. They combine the concept of an American restaurant with Indian and East Asian influences.
Even though they feature some beautiful burgers and American dishes, we decided to go with the international options.
We began with Caprese, which had a delicious balsamic drizzle. I went with the Beef Korma, a mildly spiced Indian meal with a beautiful sauce and perfectly cooked sirloin.
My friend ordered the Cajun shrimp, which arrived with saffron rice, which was a great touch. He said the flavor was amazing.
Their mango lassis were the highlight. Hands down, the nicest, most delicious lassi I’ve eaten in a long time. They use delicious yogurt, not something from a mix or a can.
I recommend this Afton Asian restaurant to adventurous eaters who want to try flavors they’ve never had before.

It features a charming dining space, which sets it apart from most Mexican restaurants. Their food is delicious and made-to-order.
My friend got a chicken burrito plate with rice and beans, while I got a chicken taco and a pork tamale.
The tamale came with red sauce and cheese and was the nicest I’d tasted in quite some time. The flavor was fantastic, and I couldn’t get enough of the cabbage that came with the salsa.
I recommend Agave to anyone seeking the most fantastic restaurants in Afton Wyoming for Mexican food. Also, their non-alcoholic strawberry margarita is the sour cream on top, aka the cherry! This is the place to go if you want to feel relaxed.

Stella’s 467 Dough Box & Roadhouse is a great burger joint. This restaurant should be on your radar if you want a tasty burger in Afton while listening to some fantastic live music.
Stella’s has some of the greatest burgers in town. They are produced with the freshest ingredients and cooked directly on the grill.

Their drink menu is equally extensive! Everyone will be able to find something they enjoy.
We loved the freshly baked bread on every sandwich and burger. The French Dip was savory and wonderful, with a lot of meat.
The batter-dipped fries were crunchy on the exterior yet fluffy on the inside, and they came with a tasty fry sauce to go with them. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable.

This drive-in restaurant is a local favorite for people seeking affordable food in Afton, Wyoming.
The Red Baron is one of the greatest old-school restaurants in town for burgers and fries, offering a variety of toppings such as chili cheese fries and freshly cut onion rings.
I’d even go so far as to say that it’s “all of the excellent things for one price” because there are so many delicious selections on the menu at this restaurant that it may sometimes be overwhelming to decide what to get.
I’m a big lover of small-town replicas of big-chain restaurants, and this one doesn’t disappoint. The bacon on the bacon burger was cooked nicely, not too crunchy to fall off the burger, and not too floppy to bite through. Their shakes are also delicious and creamy.

Next stop, Los Cabos Baja Family Mexican Restaurant in Afton. I kid you not; this place tops some of the Mexican eateries I’ve visited down South.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this wasn’t your run-of-the-mill Mexican restaurant.
The first thing you notice about Los Cabos? The elderly owner is a seemingly gruff gentleman who single-handedly runs the show.
Yet there’s an endearing quality about him, an embodiment of authenticity. It’s his spirit that infuses every inch of Los Cabos, making it more than just an Afton restaurant.
Now, let’s talk about the real star – the food. Friends, it’s a culinary spectacle! Each dish I tasted was an explosion of flavors. Authentic? Yes. Delicious? Absolutely. And the prices are as appetizing as the food itself.
Ever had a quesadilla that makes you close your eyes in bliss with the first bite? That’s what I experienced at Los Cabos.
Fresh, flawlessly cooked, and downright delectable. But the flavor train doesn’t stop there.
Their sides of beans and rice, served in cute little taco shells, were the perfect accompaniments, with super guacamole and sour cream adding an extra kick.
And as far as presentation goes, Los Cabos gets a standing ovation. It’s not just about the taste here; it’s a full sensory experience.
