The Best Breakfast In Summerlin, Las Vegas

Omelet House

2227 N. Rampart Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89128, United States // +17023152828

Omelet House is an inviting establishment with a cute interior that serves traditional Italian dishes at night in addition to American comfort food during the day. We recommend this place for an unforgettable breakfast in Summerlin.

At the intersection of Lake Mead and Rampart in Summerlin, you can find the neighborhood eatery Omelet House Summerlin, which is owned and run by a kind and friendly family.

They have a wide variety of delicious culinary options, including hearty omelets and Chicago-style sandwiches for both breakfast and lunch.

You can also go here for a supper where you can expect Old World Italian dishes prepared with just the freshest ingredients and passed down from generation to generation.

From their breakfast menu, there are a few dishes I’d like to recommend trying.

First, their homemade corned beef hash with eggs is the highlight dish here. It is something you can not find anywhere else. The flavor will have you fall in love with it.

As the name suggests, this place loves some beautiful eggs, so they have plenty of options when it comes to that.

Try starting off with their Eggs Benedict Florentine, made of two basted eggs with spinach and mushrooms atop an English Muffin that has an incredible taste.

Another great Benedict Eggs option for seafood lovers is their Eggs Benedict Lobster. This dish consists of two basted eggs, chunks of their special blend of real lobster, with fresh avocado, all served atop an English Muffin. This is my personal favorite when it comes to Benedict Egg styles in this place.

And if you like some tasty, juicy omelets, then feel free to go for their standout from this menu section, which is their Rio Grande Surfer Omelet. This omelet is made with chorizo, which is a spicy Mexican sausage, onion, and cheddar cheese inside the omelet. You can also have it scambled.

Their Shrimp Boat Omelet is another great option that is pretty simple in the ingredients and made only with gulf shrimp, cheddar cheese, and fresh salsa.

And for vegetarians, the Jolly Green Giant is the go-to here. This omelet is made with broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese and tastes amazing.

You can also add any extras you want to your omelets and make them customized to your taste.

They also have buttermilk pancakes, which are made from scratch with fresh buttermilk, and they are so yummy. Get their Flap Special which is made with a sausage or two pieces of bacon, two pancakes, and two eggs. This item is recommended by the owners as the perfect choice for the little ones.

Then when it comes to other items, their Stuffed French Toast is one that should not be skipped. It is made of thick egg bread with a spread of blueberry, Nutella, or cinnamon apple and cream cheese (it is sooo good!) dipped in egg butter and grilled to a golden brown.

This would be a perfect end to this wonderful breakfast in Summerlin’s journey.

Note that they also have take-out options for all of these items, so you can enjoy your food somewhere else.

Leone Café

400 S. Rampart Blvd. #10165, Las Vegas, NV 89145, United States // +17026845853

Leone Café is a relaxed option for casual cafe meals like omelets, salads, and paninis, as well as Italian espresso drinks.

Leone Café was founded by coffee enthusiasts for coffee enthusiasts. It is based on the idea of an old-fashioned Italian coffee shop.

This innovative idea blends traditional Italian espresso-based drinks with freshly baked products and inventive cooked brunches. Their promise is to provide quality and originality, and they for sure are doing that!

The eggs here are definitely the main ingredient. They have many menu sections, but the biggest ones are dedicated to eggs.

From the Eggs on Bread section, the Leone Breakfast Croissant is made with fried eggs with avocado, cheddar cheese, tomato, and turkey bacon served on a croissant. I am not surprised this is the favorite breakfast in Summerlin amongst the locals!

The Breakfast Tacos are also amazing. They are made of eggs with chorizo, potato, cotija cheese, salsa, pico de gallo, and avocado for the perfect combination of ingredients.

Their Avocado Toast is also another great choice from this section. It is made of avocado with sliced radish and alfalfa sprouts, served with multigrain bread, and topped with the choice of two eggs or lox.

Leone Café Avocado Toast

They also offer a vegetarian option for this called Veggie Benny, made of asparagus, roasted tomatoes, goat cheese, and poached eggs with Hollandaise sauce on top of an English muffin.

The menu also features an “Eggs around the World” section that offers different flavors of omelets or other styles of eggs from around the globe.

Here you can definitely find something for everyone’s taste, and my personal favorite is the Las Vegas Omelet, made with mushrooms, grilled onions, red pepper, turkey bacon, and mixed cheeses. It is served with pico de gallo, salsa, and a side of your choice.

Another two standouts from this section would be the Balkan, made with tomato, green onion, chives, cilantro, mixed cheese, pesto, and served with avocado, pico de gallo, salsa, and a side of your choice. The other favorite is the Mexican Omelet, made with jalapenos, green onions, tomatoes, mild chilies, and cilantro. It is served beautifully along with chorizo, beans, guac, and salsa on a spinach tortilla.

They also have The Sweet Side of the menu, which offers Crepes, Pancakes, Belgian Waffles, and French Toast.

Check out the Healthy Bowls, where you can find a greatly refreshing fruit salad, as well as their super healthy and tasty Organic Oatmeal t made with dried cranberries, pistachios, granola, wanuts, and mixed berries.

They also have Power Bowls, Pizzas, and Salads that are great. I’d recommend trying the Avocado Chopped Salad if you want to eat something on the lighter side, but try to experience the great tasty flavor this place serves.

Try their incredible espresso or the super refreshing smoothies that are being prepared on the spot for you, and enjoy your breakfast in Summerlin!

Nanny relocated from Belgium to Las Vegas with her family to give you some delectable European specialties.

All-day breakfast and lunch are available, along with your pick of paninis, sandwiches, salads, soups, and pastries.

With lots of friendly smiles and French music, Nanny’s Cafe will make you feel at home.

They have amazing salads to start with. Some of the highlight salads are Greek, made with lettuce, tomato, red and yellow bell pepper, red onion, black and green olives, cucumber, Feta cheese, olive oil, and balsamic glaze.

The Nanny’s is another great salad option, made of lettuce, cucumber, red onion, radishes, hard-boiled eggs, crumbled bacon, and honey mustard dressing.

The croissants are the next great thing here, and they offer the Ham and Cheese Croissant with two hard-boiled eggs inside, as well as their French Breakfast Croissant, served with butter and jam along with a cup of coffee.

Their omelets are also wonderful, usually made with a combination of ham and cheese and served in different styles – in a sandwich, baguette, or croissant.

From the sandwiches, I would highlight the Swiss one, made with cheese, salami, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and honey mustard. Sunny Side Up

750 S. Rampart Blvd. Suite 15, Las Vegas, NV 89145, United States // +17257773737

On August 3, 2012, Sunny Side Up was established in the center of Chicago. And then duplicated in Las Vegas, and they have since grown to add two more locations.

Outdoor dining, delicious breakfast, and lunch are among the many things you can have in this establishment.

Speaking of their amazing breakfast options, I’d like to start off with their Breakfast Burrito, with chorizo, tomato, onion, pepper, and cheese with egg, served with a side of fruit.  Possibly new to you, sample the amazing Chilaquiles, made of corn tortillas cut into corners and lightly fried, red salsa, topped with eggs, pulled pork, and cheese, and served with refried beans and sour cream; another super tasty item.

They also have Stuffed French Toasts, as well as a Smoked Salmon Platter made of shaved red onion, capers, tomato, and chive creme fraiche, accompanied by a bagel.

The Croque Madame is one of their best dishes, made with brioche toast, ham, gruyere, sunny side up egg, mornay sauce, and breakfast potatoes.

Sunny Side Up Croque Madame

The Boca Breakfast Sandwich, Sunny’s Breakfast Croissant, Carne Asada Hash, and many other flavorful items are also available at this Summerlin breakfast hot spot.

They also have an amazing Avocado Toast, made with your choice of bread, fresh avocado mixed with red onions, cherry tomatoes, and chives topped with an egg, done your style.

Sunny’s Tropical Yogurt Parfait is a great option for those who want to have a healthier and more lightweight version of breakfast since it is made of half a pineapple filled with Greek yogurt, diced pineapple, strawberries, and topped with granola and drizzled with honey.

They have a whole other section dedicated to Pancakes, Waffles, French Toast, and Crepes, filled with endless choices, including gluten-free options for the pancakes and the waffles.

Standouts from this section include the Loaded Chicken & Waffles that is a waffle topped with chicken strips, pork gravy, maple syrup, fried egg, and covered with chopped bacon.

Next on the menu are their Blueberry Pancakes, as well as the Chocolate Chip Pancakes, which are delicious buttermilk pancakes loaded with milk chocolate chips. Incredible!

They also have a Raspberry Nutella Waffle and, if you can imagine, a Nutella-stuffed French toast made of brioche bread, Nutella, candied pecans, berries, whipped cream, and drizzled with a cinnamon glaze.

Life’s A Bagel

2223 N. Rampart Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89128, United States // +17025655055

Life’s A Bagel is another family-run place, a  Las Vegas breakfast restaurant offering freshly baked bread and bagels every day and my favorite breakfast in Summerlin!

It is a cute place serving fresh Breads, Sandwiches, Cream Cheese, Salads, delicious Brownies, and Soups, and it also provides a full-line deli & catering service.

Fresh toppings on hand-sliced sandwiches made to order in substantial servings and an assortment of freshly produced take-home meals, bakery items, salads, sliced meats, and cheeses in full-sized deli options are also available to you.

They have all the possible bagels and breads you could think of, from Poppy to Everything to Sourdough, Rye with Seeds, and many more varieties.

From the bagels, I’d recommend trying their Lox Sandwich, served as a closed bagel sandwich with center-cut lox, Cream Cheese, Tomato, Red Onion, and Capers. Their Lox Platter is served as an open-faced sandwich on a Bagel with Center-Cut Lox on both sides, your choice of Cream Cheese, with Sliced Tomato, Red Onion, Capers, and a Pickle on the side.

The San Francisco sandwich is one of my favorites here. It is made with Roasted Turkey, sliced thin, and topped with Provolone Cheese, fresh sliced Avocado, Whole Leaf Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, and Mayo.

The Signature Club is another amazing one, made Triple Decker-style with Sliced Turkey OR Roast Beef on toasted Sourdough. Additions include Bacon, Whole Leaf Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, and Mayo.

Their best-seller sandwich called The Double is another great option, made with Corned Beef and Pastrami, topped with Swiss cheese, homemade Cole Slaw, and Thousand Island Dressing. This is their twist on a Rueben.

Their Hot Pastrami Sandwich is another highlight from the menu, and it is piled high with Pastrami. It is typically made on Rye and with Deli Mustard, but you can choose what you like.

Life's A Bagel Pastrami Sandwich

They also offer amazing salads, like their Egg salad,  made daily in-house with Celery, Red Onion, Mayonnaise, and Salt and Pepper. The Chicken Salad is made of White Meat Chicken Breast with Celery, Red Onion, Mayonnaise, and Salt and Pepper.

They also offer frozen meals for two to take out if you are on the go. From this section, I recommend trying their Eggplant Parmesan and their Baked Meatballs with Marinara Sauce if you want to experience the best breakfast in Summerlin.

Jamm’s Restaurant Breakfast and Lunch

1029 S. Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89145, United States // +17028770749

Since opening its doors in 1997, Jamm’s Restaurant has been operated by a small family. They are dedicated to treating everyone who comes through their doors as though they are having dinner with friends at their house.

Everyone should experience a sense of belonging and welcome. Everything on the menu is prepared upon request. Every day, they hand-make all of their soups, including chicken noodle, and even the noodles!

They are renowned for daily freshly made pots of bread. Recently, cinnamon-raisin bread pots have been added. They offer the best Illy coffee for a modest breakfast and lunch café.

A traditional Breakfast Burrito is served in this Las Vegas breakfast hot spot, and it is made with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and chopped onion, all wrapped up in a flour tortilla.

Their Quesadilla is another tasty breakfast option, made of a large flour tortilla and filled with three kinds of cheese of your choice, served with sour cream and salsa. You can add chicken or steak for some extra proteins.

Their Breakfast Sandwich is also an amazing breakfast option since it is made of scrambled eggs, cheese, and your choice of one meat on grilled Texas toast and served with a choice of  potato.

The Denver Potato Pancake is the next standout I want to mention from the menu, and it is their version of the potato pancake with grilled ham, bell pepper, green onions, and cheddar cheese.

 Potato Pancake

The BreakfastRito is the name of their most incredible omelet, made with onions and cheese in a flour tortilla and served with salsa and potato of choice.

And if you like something on the healthier side, don’t hesitate to go for their Old Fashioned Oatmeal, made with fruit, raisins, nuts, homemade grits, and cheese.

They also have amazing salads and Skillet Breakfast meals. Try their Country Skillet if you are a fan of skillets. It is made with sausage, ham, onions, mushrooms, and scrambled eggs over potatoes with gravy.

Jamm’s may not be the best choice for the diet-conscious, but for a hearty, stick-to-your-ribs meal, you can’t be this Summerlin breakfast restaurant.

The Real Crepe

7595 W. Washington Ave. #160, Las Vegas, NV 89128, United States // +17028619534

All customers may find what they’re searching for in terms of quality, but the French atmosphere continues to be crucial.

Their Everyday Breakfast option contains toast, three perfectly cooked eggs, bacon, coffee, tea, or juice.

Their Croque Monsieur is the best breakfast in Summerlin made of Ham & Swiss cheese between buttery toasts, under a blanket of homemade, creamy cheese sauce, and gratinated.

They also have an amazing French Onion Soup that is served hot with bread croutons and Swiss cheese.

Their quiches are butter crust, filled with delicious ingredients and baked with a creamed egg milk filling, and served with a side of salad. It is another super tasty option you can get there.

The Savory Crepes that also have gluten-free options are ones we should not skip talking about.

The Salmon Crepe is made with smoked salmon, salted whipped cream, and cucumber, and something to die for. Try their Veggie Crepe, an incredible choice even if you are not vegetarian. It is made with bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, cheese, and spinach.

The Real Crepe Veggie Crepe

Their waffles are also amazing. Standouts include the Lemon Curd, made with Lemon curd, whipped cream, and meringues. And the Las Vegas Waffle, made with Nutella, strawberries, blueberries, vanilla ice cream, and almonds is super sweet and tasty.
