Nestled in the heart of Summerlin in Las Vegas, Aromi Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar is a hidden gem that is not to be missed. This charming eatery is the perfect place to enjoy a romantic date night, a cozy dinner with friends, or a family gathering.

As someone who loves exploring new restaurants and trying different cuisines, I was thrilled to visit this Italian restaurant in Summerlin, Las Vegas. And let me tell you, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations.

As I walked into Aromi, I was immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is rustic and charming, with exposed brick walls, wooden beams, and cozy lighting. 

But of course, the real star of the show is the food. Aromi’s menu celebrates classic Italian cuisine with a modern twist.

As someone who loves Italian food, I was impressed by the variety of dishes. From antipasti to pasta, each dish is made with the freshest ingredients and served with an impeccable presentation.

One of my favorite dishes at Aromi was the Burrata Cheese with Wild Arugula, Golden Beet, and Vincotto Dressing. The burrata cheese was unique and flavorful, while the Wild Arugula was delicious.

For the main course, I opted for the Parmigiana, which was prepared to perfection, layered with Mozzarella Cheese and basil-flavored tomato sauce.

And of course, no Italian meal in Summerlin would be complete without a glass of wine. Aromi has an extensive wine list featuring both Italian and American varietals. I enjoyed a glass of the Montepulciano, which perfectly complemented my meal.

Overall, my experience at Aromi Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar was exceptional. From the atmosphere to the food to the service, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend Aromi to anyone looking for delicious Italian food in Summerlin!

The menu at Trattoria Reggiano is a celebration of classic Italian dishes with a focus on the  Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. 

The ingredients are locally sourced, and the dishes are made from scratch with care and attention to detail. 

The menu includes a variety of appetizers, pasta dishes, meat and seafood entrees, and delicious desserts.

One of the standout appetizers is their special Eggplant Rollatini, which was with Ricotta, San Marzano pomodoro sauce, and Reggiano cheese. Simply amazing!

Their handmade pasta dishes are a must-try for the main course, such as the chef’s special Spaghetti Carbonara, a fresh pasta dish with a rich and meaty sauce. 

The Veal Parmigiana and the Chicken Parmigiana are also great options for meat lovers, while the grilled salmon is perfect for seafood enthusiasts.

You can indulge in mouth-watering slices of pizza, overflowing bowls of pasta, and a playful atmosphere that will leave you feeling like a kid again.

They use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to create their pies, and they bake them in a traditional brick oven for that perfect crispy crust. 

From classic toppings like pepperoni and sausage to creative combinations like goat cheese and fig, their pizza menu has something for everyone.

But they don’t just stop at pizza. Their pasta dishes are made with homemade sauces and fresh, hand-made pasta.

I ordered a slice of Margherita with a thin crust and a cheese with pepperoni slice with a regular crust. It was a very nicely done balance of crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. Both of the pizzas had a perfect crust, and I loved the fresh basil on the Margherita.

My friend had a Sausage, Pepper, and Onion Calzone, and Mozzarella Sticks. The sausage was sliced thin, like deli meat, and the Calzone was sliced into smaller pieces.

It looked and smelled absolutely incredible!

As soon as I stepped into Maggiano’s Little Italy, I knew I was in for a memorable dining experience. The charming, old-world atmosphere and classic Italian decor transported me to a cozy Italian village, making me feel at home.

Maggiano’s is known for its generous portions and family-style dining, and as I perused the menu, I couldn’t help but feel excited to try a little bit of everything. 

The extensive menu includes a variety of antipasti, salads, pasta dishes, and entrees that cater to every taste and preference.

To start off, I ordered the crispy zucchini fritters, which was perfectly seasoned and paired with the tangy pomodoro sauce. 

I couldn’t resist the classic spaghetti and meatballs for the main course, which came in a hearty portion that was perfect for sharing. The meatballs were tender and flavorful, and the tomato sauce was balanced, sweet, and savory.

My friend ordered the chicken Parmesan, breaded to perfection and smothered in marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. 

The portion was large enough to satisfy even the heartiest appetite, and we both agreed that it was one of the best chicken Parmesans we had ever tasted amongst all the Italian restaurants in Summerlin.

The service at Maggiano’s was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the meal. The restaurant was bustling with activity, yet the noise level was never too high, making it the perfect spot for a romantic date night or a family dinner.

And, of course, no Italian meal is complete without dessert. We opted for the classic tiramisu, which was rich and creamy with just the right amount of espresso flavor. It was the perfect end to an excellent meal.

Grape Vine Cafe

Located in the heart of Summerlin, Las Vegas, Grape Vine Cafe is a charming and cozy Italian and Mediterranean restaurant that is perfect for a romantic date night or a casual dinner with friends. 

With rustic wooden tables, vintage decor, and soft lighting, this restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that is both relaxed and sophisticated.

 I was excited to try the menu, which features a mix of Italian and Mediterranean dishes made with locally-sourced ingredients.

The goat cheese appetizer I ordered was addicting. I had short ribs for my entree, which were so tender I didn’t even need a knife. Even the veggies were perfect. 

The chicken Parmesan was excellent too. The portions were just the right size, not too big and not too small, to satisfy without being overstuffed.

Grape Vine Cafe is an attractive choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and delicious Italian dining experience in Summerlin.

With its inviting atmosphere, delicious food, and impressive wine list, this restaurant is a must-visit for any food lover!

Osteria Fiorella

Red Rock Resort’s Osteria Fiorella, an Italian restaurant specializing in rustic Italian fare from Philadelphia import chef Marc Vetri, features a wood-burning pizza oven and a Josper charcoal oven.

Their patio is just incredible. The stone and water features surrounding the patio create a relaxing environment. Also, there are comfy chairs and TVs where you can watch sports. 

As an homage to Vetri’s father, Sal, the restaurant serves rigatoni with Fiorella sausage ragu with Locatelli cheese, ricotta gnocchi with brown butter and crispy leeks, spaghetti with Bianco di Napoli tomatoes, as well as Sal’s famous meatballs with bruschetta and ricotta.

The Branzino I ordered was delicate, meaty, and sweet, cooked to perfection. On the side, there were maple-glazed Brussels sprouts, sweet and buttery, as well as meatballs that were flavorful and delicious.

It’s also worth it to get the Ricotta Pie, which isn’t seen that often. It’s a spectacular chocolate tart worth sharing with a friend at the end of a lovely meal.

One thing that stood out to me about Osteria Fiorella was the exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. 

Our server knew everything about the menu and provided excellent suggestions for both the food and wine. 

The rest of the crew was equally attentive, ensuring our dishes were promptly cleared and our glasses filled.

Osteria Fiorella is a true standout in the local Italian dining scene. From the chic decor to the delicious food and exceptional service, this restaurant offers a sophisticated and welcoming experience. 

Osteria Fiorella is the ideal option for a fantastic meal, whether you’re looking for a special dinner with friends or a night out with your significant other.

La Strega

La Strega is an excellent Italian restaurant in Summerlin owned by Chef Gina Marinelli. Their menu features dishes from all over the Boot. 

She draws inspiration from the traditions she learned from her Sicilian and Lake Como grandparents. 

This sleek and modern Italian restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and some of the best food I’ve tasted in a long time.

Complete with a beautiful dining room and lounge, it’s the ideal spot to dine out and one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Summerlin.

Make sure you don’t miss the anchovies or sardines on the menu. They are quite unique and wonderful. 

Their bolognese sauce is special because it contains Ndjua, a spicy pork sausage, which gives it a kick. I ate whole fish, which was excellent. cooked in a wood-burning oven. Also, their service was fantastic and not rushed. 

Their wine list was well-selected and reasonably priced for a high-quality restaurant. There is a two-corkage limit of $20 per bottle.

This would be an excellent place to sip your great Italian wine if you have any in your cellar. Don’t just walk into the wine store and buy a bottle.

La Strega is a true gem. From the sleek decor to the fantastic food and exceptional service, this restaurant offers a sophisticated and welcoming experience. 

Whether you are a passionate foodie or just looking for a special night out, La Strega is sure to make your evening memorable!
