Their patio is just incredible. The stone and water features surrounding the patio create a relaxing environment. Also, there are comfy chairs and TVs where you can watch sports.
As an homage to Vetri’s father, Sal, the restaurant serves rigatoni with Fiorella sausage ragu with Locatelli cheese, ricotta gnocchi with brown butter and crispy leeks, spaghetti with Bianco di Napoli tomatoes, as well as Sal’s famous meatballs with bruschetta and ricotta.
The Branzino I ordered was delicate, meaty, and sweet, cooked to perfection. On the side, there were maple-glazed Brussels sprouts, sweet and buttery, as well as meatballs that were flavorful and delicious.
It’s also worth it to get the Ricotta Pie, which isn’t seen that often. It’s a spectacular chocolate tart worth sharing with a friend at the end of a lovely meal.

She draws inspiration from the traditions she learned from her Sicilian and Lake Como grandparents.
This sleek and modern Italian restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and some of the best food I’ve tasted in a long time.
Complete with a beautiful dining room and lounge, it’s the ideal spot to dine out and one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Summerlin.
Make sure you don’t miss the anchovies or sardines on the menu. They are quite unique and wonderful.
Their bolognese sauce is special because it contains Ndjua, a spicy pork sausage, which gives it a kick. I ate whole fish, which was excellent. cooked in a wood-burning oven. Also, their service was fantastic and not rushed.
Their wine list was well-selected and reasonably priced for a high-quality restaurant. There is a two-corkage limit of $20 per bottle.
This would be an excellent place to sip your great Italian wine if you have any in your cellar. Don’t just walk into the wine store and buy a bottle.

@Jack Rossi, Well, there is many people who enjoy the pros of living in Summerlin and those include: Excellent schools, the fact that there is always something to do, amazing parks, abundant outdoor recreations with 150+ miles of trails, its close to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Are, the weather there is cooler than most parts of the valley, and the real estate values are pretty strong. :)
