Surely, the time we had here was remarkable because this hotel allows you to experience complete nirvana with its beautiful location, elegant architecture, and luxurious amenities.
Despite the elegance and rich decor, we liked the bar, named after a famous Scottish explorer and naturalist, James Hector McMaster.
Sitting in a nice ambiance, we enjoy a wide variety of scotch whiskies and other fine spirits.
One of the best features this bar has is the sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere. The bar has a cozy and intimate ambiance with dark wood furnishings, leather armchairs, and a fireplace.
We choose from a selection of over 150 Scotch whiskies from various regions of Scotland, as well as other premium spirits, wines, and beers.
The bar also offers a variety of snacks, appetizers, and light meals.
We ordered charcuterie boards, cheese platters, and smoked salmon. My favorite was salmon. It had a rich, fatty texture and meaty flavor.

The menu also features vegetarian and gluten-free options. So, if you are a vegetarian you have plenty of options.
Of course, my choice was a Bison Burger. My friend had the Chowder soup and the Lobster Tail, while another had the lasagna and proclaimed it incredible.

This is a pub located in the picturesque village of Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, Canada. I liked the interior of this place, especially the rustic and cozy vibes that dominate this authentic place. I liked the wooden beams, brick walls, and fireplace that create a warm ambiance.
We sat at a spacious outdoor terrace, and we had amazing seating that overlooks the bustling pedestrian village, making it a popular spot for people-watching during the warmer months.

You all know how much I love seafood. During our exceptional good night in Chez Boriave and Whisky bar, I came to the conclusion that this place specializes in steak, burgers, and, of course, his honor, seafood.
I enjoyed the perfectly cooked scallops on the seafood plate and the flawlessly cooked Octopus in the salad as well.
For dessert, we had pancakes that were unbelievable, drizzled with sugar cream syrup.
We lacked time, so we didn’t manage to visit this place for breakfast. It is good to know that this place offers breakfast, brunch, and a wide selection of wine and cocktails.
The decor here is something that will make you more attached to this lovely and interesting place.
