Lincoln Street Bakery

223 Lincoln St., Lander, WY 82520, United States // +13073355362

Lincoln Street Bakery is a hidden gem of the restaurants in Lander Wyoming. The bakery has been open for over 40 years with no changes to its operations or menu.

This is partly due to the fact that Lincoln Street Bakery does things in an old-fashioned manner – by hand.

So, if croissants and sourdough are the litmus test for bakers, Lincoln Street Bakery ranks high.

I tried a traditional croissant, which was delicate and flaky with an open honeycomb inside. The sourdough was dark and blistered, with a distinct depth of flavor that lasted only until I left.
