The Restaurant Guy Savoy has not only been awarded two stars but also many other accolades, such as Best Restaurant in The World by La Liste, as well as Forbes Travel Guide’s 5-Star Award!
But, it’s no question that all these prestigious epithets are well deserved.
This place is fantastic and offers so much more than you can expect! Dining at the restaurant is a fantastic experience, thanks to the chef’s creations, the service, the presentation, and the wine pairing. A restaurant like this is more than just a place to eat. It’s also an experience for the whole senses!

This restaurant is the creation of chef Guillaume Iskandar and sommelier Guillaume Muller, who trained at Arpège under Alain Passard.
Using local ingredients, the restaurant near Les Invalides serves dishes that put the ingredients first! The produce and the beef, for instance, come from the family’s farm in the Limousin, which puts a strong light on all their dishes prepared with authenticity!
The bold flavor combinations are to die for! All ingredients, herbs, flavors, and spices boosted every dish to its maximum culinary perfection.
Their menu changes monthly, so I recommend you try the delightful tasting menu and experience almost everything at once!
You must visit this restaurant to taste something genuinely creative, locally sourced, and lawyered with incredible flavors! You will see why it deserves Michelin stars.
L’Ambroisie

Given that L’Ambroisie has kept its three Michelin stars since 1988, it seems to achieve a similar grandeur to the food the gods ate on Mount Olympus, after which the restaurant gets its name!
L’Ambroisie gives a unique classicism and a timeless feast for the senses in a townhouse in Place des Vosges’s regal setting. Bernard Pacaud’s cuisine expresses an explosion of flavors with his scientific approach and flawless execution!
It’s a fabulous restaurant with a unique atmosphere and excellent service that serves delicious food, with each course being expertly prepared!
Serving à la carte only, working with only luxury ingredients like caviar or lobster, and implementing impeccable classical techniques make this restaurant deserving of its title. In today’s world of tasting menus, culinary gimmicks, and fresh Nordic and Japanese influences, L’Ambroisie stands alone.
They offer a seasonal menu that changes constantly, but if you happen to come across the tourte with duck and foie gras, definitely sample this incredible dish!
I unquestionably concur with those who claim that you should visit here at least once if you are interested in fine dining and experience it yourself!
Le Jules Verne

You should try eating at the Eiffel Tower in Paris because it is anything but a cliche! Le Jules Verne is the ultimate dining experience—if you can get a reservation, which is challenging to do.
Chef Frédéric Anton, who also owns Le Pre Catelan, a restaurant with three Michelin stars, is in charge of the one-star Le Jules Verne.
Personally, I don’t think there is a better dining experience in Paris than enjoying a formal meal inside the Iron Lady. If I had to sum it up, I’d only have one word: exquisite!
Everything about the experience and this classy, impressive restaurant will exceed your expectations, beginning with the moment you enter until the moment you leave. The food is terrific, the service is flawless, and the view is breathtaking!
Try their fabulous champagnes and seven-course tasting menu, paired with some outstanding wines. Of course, every great restaurant prepares crabs, langoustines, and foie gras differently, but at Le Jules Verne, they are made with special care and finesse.
What stood out to me the most was the seasonal truffle mushroom risotto and langoustine ravioli, which turned out to be one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten!
Le Cinq

The opulent Four Seasons Hotel George V is home to Le Cinq’s fine dining establishment. So it comes as no surprise that the food at this restaurant is outstanding, making it well-deserving of its three Michelin stars! In addition, the dining room is frequently cited as one of Paris’s most impressive dining rooms.
For many people, spending a night at Le Cinq is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, making it the ideal location to mark a significant occasion while traveling.
Due to the high demand for this restaurant from tourists worldwide, I advise making reservations well in advance.
Walking in is an experience on its own! You are immediately transported to the Belle Époque by the Gobelins, chandeliers, high ceilings, and copious amounts of gold decorating the interior. Although the environment appears to be somewhat glitzy and old-fashioned, the food is actually quite modern.
Starting with the service, food, unique touches, and atmosphere, every little detail is taken care of!
Indulging in the tasting menu is the most popular option because you can sample everything! The food is exceptional, and plate after plate, you will see the one-of-a-kind specialties that are full of surprises with unique flavors, colors, and textures, beautifully presented in front of you!
The Ceps or Ham truffle spaghetti is excellent and very unlike Italian pasta. An impressive fusion of tastes and flavors is created by ceps and ham stuffed inside a truffle sauce and surrounded by vertical spaghetti!
So, if you want an exceptional French dining experience, this place is the definition of fine dining in Paris and is one of the best restaurants for delicious food.
L’Oiseau Blanc

This elegant eatery is situated atop the opulent Peninsula hotel. Although it may not have received as many Michelin stars as some of the other top choices, this is one of my favorites because of the incredible food and breathtaking views!
You’ll have a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower, and if you’re lucky enough to make a reservation at night, you will be able to see the sparkling tower from your table!
The décor theme at L’ Oiseau Blanc, which honors two French aviation pioneers, is another distinctive feature of the restaurant. The restaurant even has a replica of the aircraft the pilots flew in an attempt to complete the first non-stop transatlantic flight suspended from the ceiling.
You don’t usually see this type of restaurant with this kind of personality, and I think that’s a plus!
But I can’t forget to mention the exceptional cuisine you can enjoy in this wonderful location! Their entrees, which include green asparagus sea urchin, smoked egg yolk, and burned bread, are to die for, as are their delectable main courses.
Try the lamb shoulder with seaweed morel mushroom, or start with oysters and leeks before moving on to sea bream with citrus carrot sauce! The wine is also excellent and is served throughout the meal at the appropriate times!
You can enjoy a dining experience unlike any other at L’ Oiseau Blanc!
Pavillon Ledoyen

In the middle of 2014, chef Yannick Alléno took over management of Pavillon Ledoyen. It’s incredible that the head chef only needed six months to obtain the three stars he previously held while working at Le Meuirce! This restaurant is unquestionably among the best of today, thanks to such a commendation.
If you’re looking for the best dining experience, visit Pavillon Ledoyen. This outstanding restaurant, located on the first floor of a neo-classical mansion, not only has three stars to its credit but also is ranked 25th among the world’s top 50 restaurants.
Every aspect of the food is carefully considered here, resulting in dishes that look as good as they taste.
All courses are excellent, although one of the Poulet de Bresse dishes takes the spotlight! It was carried out so well that it went terrifically paired with the white truffles.
It will be difficult to leave once your meals are over, but they make it easier by providing a delicious cake called “miel beton” that is flavored with honey harvested from Parisian rooftops!
Pavillon Ledoyen offers a distinctive and creative fine dining experience on all levels!
Arpège

Not only does Arpège have three stars to its name, but it is also a remarkably original and inventive restaurant that has elevated vegetables to the position of the main ingredient in all of its dishes.
Those looking for the quintessential vegetarian dining experience, enjoy! However, because Chef Alain Passard can make all types of ingredients as intriguing as you can imagine, this restaurant is appropriate for meat and veggie lovers!
The restaurant and chef own three different gardens where all of the fresh produce, fruits, and herbs used here are naturally grown.
To ensure that his diners only receive the best and freshest vegetables available in France, Chef Alain Passard goes above and beyond when it comes to sourcing his ingredients.
There are many menu options available to you! The Vegetable Tasting Menu, Gardener’s Lunch Menu, and the Earth and Sea Menu, offering meat and fish as well. Whichever option you choose, you will undoubtedly have a unique dining experience!

With only 20 dining spaces, this 16th arrondissement restaurant with two Michelin stars is quite exclusive.
The Michelin guide only gives stars to eateries that have been operating for over a year, but the experience at Akrame proves that this is not an accident.
The atmosphere is what stands out here. A quiet and elegant space filled with class is what makes the fantastic food much more enjoyable!
The Michelin-starred restaurant’s chef and serial entrepreneur Akrame Benallal is renowned for his inventive, cutting-edge, and creative cooking techniques.
He unleashes excellent creativity with a single, thoughtfully crafted set menu to take advantage of top-notch ingredients. The chef’s mother, who used to cook frequently and generously, served as his greatest inspiration.
The cod with trout caviar and the pigeon were my two favorites at Akrame! They also serve a number of vegetarian options, which I enjoyed.
The balance of vegetables, fish, and meat was particularly intriguing because, unlike in some fine dining establishments, it didn’t skew toward the robust flavors of meat in this setting.
The food is made and presented with great care, and without a doubt, it’s a game changer! So, if you’re looking for a fusion of innovation and tradition, go to Akrame!
