For us, the highlight was the stunning outdoor patio, providing panoramic vistas of Sedona’s majestic landscapes. It was an unforgettable experience with the blankets to keep us warm on the porch!
We thoroughly enjoyed a variety of mouthwatering dishes that cater to various tastes. We had an excellent pizza with an addition of ham, pepperoni, garlic, and mushrooms. The chicken parmigiana was good, and the veggies were the best part for my friends.
We also had their Bourbon peach smash, which was pretty good, along with their cheesy garlic bread, which was excellent. For me, the garlic bread was the highlight of the meal and a must-have.
From wood-fired pizzas with perfectly crisp crusts to flavorful pasta and fresh seafood, each item is prepared with attention to detail and a focus on quality ingredients.

After having such an amazing time at the Hudson, I consider this place stands as a beacon of culinary excellence.
We had a refined dining experience with its chic yet inviting atmosphere. This place represents classic American cuisine with innovative and modern twists.
You will have a chance to be surrounded by attentive and knowledgeable staff, ensuring a memorable visit.
The menu at The Hudson boasts a tantalizing array of dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients.
We ordered succulent scallops, perfectly cooked steak, and expertly prepared seafood, and we enjoyed every bite as a testament to the chef’s skill and creativity.
One of my favorites is Buffalo cauliflower with blue cheese. It was absolutely heaven for my mouth.
And something that is a restaurant standout is the bruschettas. There were seven different bruschettas on the starter menu. My favorite was goat cheese.

We heard so many things about SaltRock Southwest Kitchen, but we didn’t expect that this culinary treasure would exceed our expectations.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting ambiance that perfectly complements the restaurant’s breathtaking Red Rock views.
This place will be a perfect match for all lovers of Southwestern cuisine. The menu at SaltRock Kitchen showcases a fusion of Southwestern cuisine and contemporary flavors, delivering a memorable culinary journey.
We had great cocktails, and they were quite strong.
We had Blue Crab Empanada for appetizers; it was so interesting and very good!
For our entree, we had Seared Scallops with risotto and carrot mole. They were cooked perfectly and not overcooked, which is my biggest fear when it comes to scallops.
The Tiger Shrimp Tamale was outstanding. Imagine an open-faced polenta tamale topped with crispy kale, chimichurri oil, and plump tiger shrimp.
Pork tostadas and Pork Osso Bucco are also highly recommended. Pork tostadas consisted of crispy tortillas topped with seasoned and cooked pork, along with an array of flavorful ingredients. It was really amazing.
We had a few fresh ingredients for dinner, so we ordered salads. We had vegetarian selections – Butternut Squash Relleno and Sedona Cobb Salad.

These crispy, hand-breaded cactus strips provide a unique and flavorful twist that perfectly complements the western theme. Together with the Cactus Fries, I tried the margarita with the added prickly pear.
Also, I had a chicken sandwich which was really good and bigger than the bun.
On a second visit, we wanted to try something different, so we ordered elk chops and bison pot roast.
Additionally, the menu offers a variety of other regional favorites, including mesquite-grilled chicken, fresh seafood, and vegetarian options, catering to a wide range of palates.
Together with the meal, we enjoyed a wide selection of spirits, including an extensive collection of whiskeys, bourbons, and tequilas.
