When I walked into the cozy restaurant, the waiter greeted me with a warm grin and invited me to sit anywhere. Benny Vitali’s is a popular hangout for singles and families with children and has some of the best pizza in Fredericksburg VA.
You and your family can dine on delicious pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, salads, and soups. Benny Vitali also provides catering for business meetings, birthday celebrations, and social gatherings.
Their employees work hard, remain upbeat, and make you feel welcome and appreciated. You may also choose from a selection of beers or enjoy a pleasant evening in the bar with homemade lemonade or one of the wonderful teas and pizzas, pies, and delicacies from traditional Italian cuisine.

I vividly recall my first lunch at Primavera, the flavor of its cheesecakes, the aroma of its pizzas, and the music playing while I ate my pizza.
You will appreciate its food and be amazed by its interior design if you visit it. I got “Primavera’s Classic Pizza with Ricotta Cheese” for my first lunch there, and it was mind-blowing!
The cooks here always prepare great meals, and whenever I visit, I always have their pepperoni pizza and pasta. It definitely has one of the best pizza in Fredericksburg VA.
Basilico New York Deli

This place was fantastic! The food was consistently wonderful. The restaurant was roughly half filled, with a fair mix of professionals dressed for business or hospital personnel and those dressed casually.
There were numerous tables and comfortable booths, and the atmosphere was bright and inviting.
You place your order and pay at the counter, are assigned a number, and your food is delivered to your table when it is ready.
Overhead is a menu board with enormous photographs showcasing a few items, a smaller menu board with scribbled daily specials, and paper menus stacked in a barrel at the front of the ordering line.
A brewed sweetened and unsweetened tea station, as well as a pour-your-own coffee station, are available. There are also a few large refrigerated cabinets containing additional specific drinks.
We ordered two baked calzones. My dish included sausage, ricotta, mushrooms, black olives, and artichokes. In addition, we drank iced tea. Finally, we purchased slices of Oreo cake, cherry cheesecake, lemon cheesecake, and a large chocolate “O” cake from the bakery.
The calzones were cooked to perfection. Crispy. Plentiful fillings. Presented attractively. Simply delectable. I was thrilled to discover that they used fresh mushrooms, sausage, and thickly chopped olives. The sauce was served on the side.
The cheesecakes were delicious and dense. The personnel was really pleasant, and the restroom was pristine.
Basilico also had a coffee shop (and I think wine offerings, as well.) Unfortunately, we didn’t order any specialty cocktails, but other customers around us did and appeared pleased.
There was plenty of parking and the venue was clean. Unfortunately, it’s not easy to find it from the road; it’s in what appears to be a strip mall, but it’s primarily medical/dental offices, so you have to seek for it, but it’s well worth the effort. You won’t be disappointed.
