As the sun began its descent, casting a warm glow over the horizon, we embarked on the epicurean adventure known as the 360 Experience.

We gathered outside the Salty Dog with fashionable drinks, blue with alcohol, cream colored without with the 360-logo drawn in a chickpea foam. Formal portraits of each couple ensured memories would last past the evening as well as featuring prominently through our night.

Led by the maître d and celebrated by the crew as we entered this dining in the round, the excitement was palpable as we gathered in this enigmatic room, knowing that only 20 fortunate souls per seating, only two seatings each night, would have the privilege of joining this culinary voyage. 

As the evening unfolded, the immersive qualities of the 360 Experience left us awestruck. It wasn’t just the culinary creations that dazzled our senses; it was the entire environment that came to life.

The walls that enclosed us weren’t just walls; they were an integral part of the show. As we savored each course, our attention was drawn not only to the tasteful dishes but also to the vibrant narratives that unfolded around us.

What truly added to the magic were the tables themselves, becoming dynamic canvases in this extraordinary story. At first, our gaze was drawn to the walls, where vivid colors and tales painted a fascinating narrative. But then, as if by some enchantment, the tables too became part of the spectacle.

We watched lemons seemingly roll across the tabletops, and powerful bulls stampede with a dynamic force. Enchanting bees danced through the air and bustling carts crossed our path, each element adding to the enchanting storyline.

It was a feast not just for our palates but for our imagination, a delightful twist that turned an already exceptional evening into an unforgettable journey that engaged all of our senses.

And now, let’s talk about the pièce de résistance, the real star of the show – the menu. You see, each element of this tantalizing journey was woven into a seamless narrative by the velvety voice of our storyteller, the illustrious Brooke Shields.

We began our culinary journey in Greece with Greek Mezze, mini handmade pita rolls that were the embodiment of tradition accompanied by the cooling embrace of Tzatziki yogurt sauce, where cucumber and mint danced in harmony.

On the plate, Greek Kalamata and Chalkidiki olives, marinated in crushed garlic, aromatic herbs, and citrus zest, were a revelation of taste. As we savored the harmony of flavors, the Greek extra virgin olive oil took us on a journey to the sun-soaked Greek islands.

Our next stop, Italy, greeted us with the famous Mozzarella di Bufala, a true Italian delicacy. Paired with heirloom tomatoes, basil leaves, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar reduction, and basil oil, it was a symphony of simplicity and pure flavors. The culinary magic continued with long, thin spaghetti enveloped in an oven-roasted lemon sauce, zest, and Italian parsley.

Spain, with its rich culinary traditions, beckoned us with the finest in Spanish cured meats, Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, and Serrano, together with Pan con Tomate.

The crisp toast, crowned with juicy tomatoes, was the perfect prelude to the grand showcase – the Grilled Filet of Beef, adorned with a fried eggplant, roasted baby carrots, all dressed in Demi-glace and truffle butter. But the surprise was the harmonious partnership with grilled shrimp.

The vegetarian offering was nothing short of remarkable. Fried cauliflower on a bed of Jicama cream, green asparagus, edible flower petals, and a roasted leek, cannellini bean, and chickpea salad.
