General
The following terms and conditions govern the Yucatan Food Tour offered by Foodie Flashpacker. By reserving a spot on this tour, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. The tour is organized and operated by Foodie Flashpacker, and your participation is contingent upon your acceptance of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation or engagement with the tour constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Reservation and Payment
To secure your spot on the Yucatan Food Tour, full payment must be made at the time of booking. Please note that reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment is received. An early bird discount is available until September 10th, 2024.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refund Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, you may be eligible for a refund based on the following schedule:
- Cancellations made within 7 days of booking: Full refund.
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour start date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before the tour start date: No refund.
- Transfer Policy: You may transfer your reservation to another person up to 30 days before the tour start date. Please contact us directly to make the necessary arrangements.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance covers international travel, medical expenses, and any unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations or delays.
Limitation on Liability
Foodie Flashpacker is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website errors, payment processing failures, or communication problems. Additionally, we are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses that may occur during the tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or personal negligence.
Tour Inclusions and Exclusions
- Inclusions:
- Luxury accommodations
- Daily breakfast, selected lunches, and dinners
- Airport transfers and transportation during the tour
- Guided tours and activities
- Exclusions:
- International and intercountry flights
- Travel insurance (mandatory)
- Visas (if applicable)
- Alcoholic beverages
- Unlisted meals, tours, and excursions
Health and Safety
It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet any health and vaccination requirements for travel to Mexico. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before the trip. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or medical conditions prior to the tour.
Room Sharing and Pairing
If you are traveling alone and would like to share a room to take advantage of the room-sharing discount, we will do our best to pair you with another participant. However, this is not guaranteed and may depend on availability.
Photography and Media
By participating in the Yucatan Food Tour, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the tour. These images or videos may be used by Foodie Flashpacker for promotional purposes without compensation.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
