Some of the tastiest Italian food I’ve ever tasted is served here, and the prices are incredibly fair. You may enjoy an unlimited family-style meal there, and they offer a fantastic assortment of wines. The views from this structure are likewise quite good.
There was no wait when we got in and were seated. The interior design was stunning and opulent, with portraits covering the entire room. Unlike other Italian chains, Maggiano’s has a genuine Italian atmosphere.
There were many meal options on the vast menu, some of which I hadn’t seen since I had taken that one-way corporate relocation from the East Coast.
The menu’s selection of specialty bruschetta appetizers in various flavors stood out as particularly distinctive. First, we split a typical bruschetta appetizer, which was excellent. It included olives, tomatoes, and olive oil on wedges of toast.
They offer a wide variety of international wines, Italian beer, and specialty cocktails. The Pinot Noir was excellent when I tried it.
The crew took delight in their work and was polite and informed. My glasses were always refilled without asking, and I had complete control over the food and the conversation.
The zucchini is a great appetizer, in my opinion. The Italian ranch dressing begins a disco in your tongue, and the breading is flawless. I always use Eggplant Parmesan as a litmus test for Italian food, so I was surprised to discover that theirs was the greatest I’ve ever had.

On a Monday evening, we had reservations, so we arrived just when they opened at 5 PM. There was no overcrowding. Since it had been raining and looked like it might again, we decided to eat inside rather than on their wonderful patio.
We shared a burrata-topped Caprese salad. It was incredible. Although perhaps a bit more balsamic vinegar would have been nice. I ordered the veal saltimbocca with roasted potatoes and sautéed spinach. Again, very good.
My friend ordered the Osso Bucco, which came in a sizable piece and was quite delicate. And in the end, we washed it all down with a wonderful bottle of Barbera d’Asti.

We shared the excellent fresella as an appetizer. My friend and I chose the fettuccine as our entrees after our server suggested it. I can see why he suggested them since they were both delicious.
We chose the torta della Zia for dessert. “Two chocolate cupcakes with whipped frosting,” the waitress said. It was pleasant and rather reviving.
Excellent service was provided. Our waitress was exceptionally nice and helpful. Additionally, her suggestions were much valued. Our lunch arrived promptly, and it appeared that the restaurant operated like a well-oiled machine. When this husband-and-wife culinary dynamo relocated to Nashville, the city won big. Tony Mantuano, a James Beard Award-winning chef, and Cathy Mantuano, a wine and hospitality expert, provided Nashville with a fine dining Italian menu, exceptional service, and a pleasant setting inside the new Joseph Hotel.
The service was outstanding. Each table had two employees allocated to it. They were friendly, well-versed in the menu, and attentive without being invasive.
My friend ordered the five-course tasting menu. I decided to eat tilefish, shrimp risotto, and foie gras. His mouthwatering dinner was comprised of rabbit, pesto Genovese, tilefish, and shrimp risotto.
Everything had the ideal seasoning. Unfortunately, the pesto Genovese was the only dish that didn’t impress. While the dish was tasty, it fell short of our expectations because we couldn’t taste the walnut undertones.
The shrimp risotto was excellent. The risotto and the deep sea shrimp were lighter than normal. Additionally excellent was the fish. White, flaky, and cooked to perfection. The delicate flavor was made possible by the harmony of the corn and truffle.
Last but not least, the dessert of Blueberry Sweet Pea was superb. I was so enamored with it that I searched up sweet peas and discovered that the leaves are edible, but the seeds are poisonous.
We felt no negative effects and appreciated it; therefore, I think the flower or leaves were used. I’m looking forward to returning to try the menu for the upcoming season.
